I was so happy when we arrived at this home to see it was exactly as it was described and shown on vrbo. I actually chose this home because of the number of bunk beds for the 6 kids that were in our group, 4 girls 2 boys. What a fabulous setup at this house! The kids rooms were downstairs where they were nicely contained watching tv, playing games or whatever while the adults were upstairs. They had their own bathroom down there as well which was a plus. The layout was perfect with 3 bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds, up to date and clean bathrooms and a kitchen that had every gadget you could think of. The downstairs 2 bedrooms plus play room and bath were great for the kids. I loved the fact that the screened in porch had fans and overlooked the pool so that Grandma could watch the kids but still feel a part of the activities. The outside showers were a huge plus as well coming back from the beach. The house is in a very convenient location not too far from the gates to enter Sea Pines or from the public access to the beach where we biked to for slushies and snow cones. The pool was great for the kids although a bit on the chilly side for the adults! For the money, number of bedrooms plus number of beds, this house is definitely a great place! We had 12 people in all with 6 kids and 6 adults and we all had plenty of room. They had a beach buggy to carry all our stuff to the beach and the short trip up the path to the beach was only a few minutes walk. All in all compared to our "Cape Code aKa Cape Fraud" house that we rented last summer, this place was like a resort and we were so pleased with everything. Probably my only complaint would be that the chairs on the porch are not very comfortable but we took some of the chairs from the pool area and brought them up for our stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone with kids or those who may have a large number in their party.

9 Oyster Catcher is an excellent choice for a family vacation in Hilton Head. It is within close walking distance to the beach and provides a good location within Sea Pines to easily get to the Sea Pines attractions. We liked the multiple beds in each of the bedrooms which was advantageous for our families with multiple children in each family. Home is somewhat dated, but well equipped and a good value.

This is a great house for an extended family. The price is reasonable and the distance to the beach is acceptable. I would stay in this house again and I would recommend it for anyone interested. The cleanliness could have been a little better and the kitchen is pretty small, but overall it was a good stay.
