The corner unit was perfect for our wedding that had been scheduled
for the beach but the tide was too high. Shuttle bus took entire party to the beach afterwards for super pictures and loads of congrats from

Very friendly and helpful service. The home was beautiful and the location was excellent! The end villa was right across from the pool and was very private. The only problem was the the screen door on both sliding patio doors was off the track and would not go back on but with the hot weather we used the air conditioning and kept the sliding doors closed. There was a beautiful view of the lagoon right in the back yard and the Fazio golf course was just on the other side of the lagoon. The best thing was the privacy and location. Only minutes away from the private beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

It was really a fantastic stay...everything was good: location, accomodation, sports, sea-shore, restaurants, shops, etc. etc. I really went out with a big regret: I had to stay longer...May be in future

The home was very comfy. Even with 4 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of space. The eat in kitchen and dining room gave us plenty of room for play arean and family meal preparation. It seemed we always have 2 cooks in the kitchen at the same time to prepare the family meals without any problems. There were plenty of dishes and everything we needed!
Having a washer and dryer available makes packing so much easier, especially with small children.
The adults in our party spent alot of time on the deck after the children were put to bed. It was a great place to watch the moon rise and discuss the world problems.
The area was extremely beautiful and the life style very relaxed. Going out to dinner was a real treat and no need to over dress. We visited Harbor Town and Shelter Cove which the children loved. There was a varity of things to do and enjoy. There was also minature golf to be played. Evidently in Hilton Head golf is a serious business even if it is minature!
The ocean was a great first time experience for the young ones. They loved playing in the water and building sand castles. We picked up a small canopy to store our bags under and to get the little ones out of the sun occasionally. It was the week of the full moon so walking at night on the beach really brings life into perspective!
The children loved the pool as much as the beach. We made a deal to visit the beach in the morning, come in for lunch, take a nap then hit the pool! We did this several days of our vist. After pool time it was grilling or out to dinner.
Just writing this review makes me want to return as soon as possible! This is a trip our family wants to do again!

We really like the location but found the living room furniture uncomfortable; and because the fabric was so itchy, we had to cover the couches with sheets to be comfortable. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced and the pot and pans had scratches which made them unsafe to use. The lighting in the bathrooms was not bright enough.
Exactly what renovations were made? We stayed there in 2007 and really didn't see any improvements. Please see if you can get the owners to address these issues. We really want to stay there in 2009. Give us an update as changes are made. Thanks.
Marc & Judy, thanks so much for your review. The location of this villa is great with views of the lagoon and golf course. The living room furniture is less than three years old and has a woven fabric for durability. Unfortunately fabric is just a matter of taste. We will check out the pots and pans and replace them if warranted. The canister lights in the bathroom will not accept a higher watt bulb but it would be nice to have one over the shower.
The renovations were done in 2006 so we changed the desciption by removing the word "newly". The carpets in the bedroom do not warrant replacement at this time. But we will certainly pass along your comments to the owner.
We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve our service to future guests.

Although we spent very little time in the villa, we found it very comfortable, clean and convenient. Wireless internet service would be nice, and maybe they'll have it next time we rent.
