Our family, 14 of us, had a great week in this rental.
Rooms were spacious and bathrooms plenteous. Lots of amenities. We love to cook so the kitchen was great.
We heated the pool which made it usable in October and the hot tub was a big hit. Closeness to beach was a plus. Since our grandkids are getting older the short bike ride to South Beach was perfect. Liked the garage space for all the bikes and beach toys.

We have been to Hilton Head Island many times but this was our first time renting a luxury home on the island. We introduced two more couples to SeaPines this year, and have "converted" them to "believers" too!
The home was gorgeous and the details were phenomenal. Everything in the house was well thought out. The screened in porch and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation. The bedrooms were spacious and very accommodating for large crowds. We had a group of 10 adults and there was comfortably room for more! The parking was ample for the 5 cars that were there.
It only took about five minutes to follow a walking trail to the beach!
The location was perfect. Also, having the garage available to us allowed us to store our excess out of the way!
A great experience!

The home at 2 Greenwing Teal is lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The downstairs bedroom does not have a closet for guests. The den area with half bath has a pullout couch but should not be considered a 6th bedroom like in description. The kitchen is state of the art . The entire downstairs is very open and comfortable. The pool area is well done. It is an easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to South Beach marina.
Destination Vacation appreciates this feedback and we are pleased this guest enjoyed 2 Greenwing Teal. We agree it is a gorgeous home!
We wanted to clarify two points raised in this review. The downstairs master bedroom does have a closet for guest use, which is located on the opposite wall of the sinks and double vanity. Also, as described on our website in the full description of the home, the 6th bedroom has a sleeper sofa, as well as a closet and half bath. Guests in this bedroom can use the shower in the full bath on the same level of the home.

Our family enjoyed our stay at 2 Greenwing Teal. The home was perfect for our family and very clean. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean (especially with little ones) and took advantage of playing in the pool daily. 2 Greenwing Teal is a beautiful home and we hope to enjoy many visits to this home in the future.

This is an excellent property. It worked well for the four sixty plus couples that just stayed there and it would work well for extended families. I say that with one condition...that you have access to the garage. We were able to get access to the garage on this trip and we stored our eight bikes, helmets, bike tools, seven sets of golf clubs and four coolers in the garage. If we did not have that access, the alternative would have been to put all of that stuff inside the house which I am pretty sure the owner would have frowned on. By spending $25 on cables and locks, the owner could easily safeguard all personal items in the garage. This will be an annual trip for this group and we want to stay at this house. If we do not have garage access, we will choose another property.
We are thrilled that you had a great vacation at 2 Greenwing Teal, and we are pleased to let everyone know that the owner of this home has heard your request! Garage use is now allowed to store bikes, golf club and personal items, so all guests in 2013 and beyond will have access to the garage area.
Thank you for renting with Destination Vacation, we appreciate your business and constructive feedback!
“Good for family reunions”

We rented this 6 bedroom home in June. We were ages ranging from 5 to 80. We looked at a lot of houses online to plan this and are very pleased with the result. The house if truely only four houses from the beach and out the back is a beach path. This is an important point because at our last stay in Hilton Head we had double the walk as we had to walk to the next street over for beach access. This allowed the grandparents to make it down to the beach much more often than last trip. The pool was nice but small. There is an issue with leaving the spa running and the pool does not filter. It says this in the inductions but the buttons on the spa are not labeled so we had issues with this all week. The house is extremely nice and the pictures don't do it justice. The stairs to upstairs are steep, that may be important to some. Overall we were very pleased. And we could not be happier with Destination Vacations. The fact that they mail you keys and gate passes saves a lot of check in time once you arrive. Nice touch.

Destination vacation was professional from start to finish. From the time we first inquired about their properties til we returned the keys it was outstanding. Gail was our primary contact but on occasion we spoke with others and everyone was great. The house was beautiful...the furnishings, linens, cleanliness and on and on were over and above our expectations. The location was nice...not a busy street. The walk to the ocean was short and scenic.
The best part was spending time with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The worst part was having to leave.
