Introducing the top of the line, most luxurious 4BR / 5.5BA private rental home with pool on Hilton Head Island, that's ""pet friendly"". This home was used as a model home and consequently it was furnished beyond what anyone could hope or imagine. Even the bathroom sinks deserve applause.
The entire downstairs has saturnia floors with 10'ft. high ceiling and striking moldings. The great-room includes a living area with decorative only fireplace flanked by custom bookcases and an incredible armoire with TV and VCR. The open kitchen presents beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining area, with an elegant chandelier, seats six and has a view out to the lagoon with fountain. Step outside onto your balcony for a view of the pool and lagoon.
This first floor also offers an incredible bedroom with recessed trey ceiling lighting, queen bed, his and her chaise lounges and stunning armoire with TV and VCR. The private bath has a saturnia tiled shower and unbelievable dresser sink. Also on this floor is a half bath powder room.
The second floor is equally amazing as the first with Berber carpet throughout, trey ceilings accented by recessed lighting in all bedrooms, and private baths, each with saturnia tile shower and spa tub, for every bedroom, doors leading out to various balconies and even a DSL hookup at the desk. These bedrooms are so elegantly furnished it's like having three master bedrooms. The bedding includes king-size beds in two of the bedrooms and two bunks with trundles (six beds) bed in the third. The bedroom at the back of the house has a double spa tub and an antique Queen Anne Highboy. Finishing the third floor is a hallway breakfast/cocktail bar and laundry.
The ground floor offers a covered lounge and entertainment area by the pool, a full bath and fully enclosed backyard.
This unbelievable home is located approximately ½ mile to the beach via Burke's Beach Road to metered town parking. To get to the beach, you will travel through the new town park with soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts for a fee, bike trails and a dog park. You must see this home to believe it.
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.

This is a very nice, however it's a long walk to get to the beach. Very clean and glad each bedroom had their own bathroom.
Kitchen is clean and well and equiped.
Pool is a little small, but its was a good idea to install the bathroom by the pool. A lot bugs from the bog in the back yard. The back stair to the second floor was loaded with bugs very night when you turned the lights on.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues such as the dead fish in the pond behind the house, but someone from the rental company came and removed them (thank you). There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the house, not sure if that was also related to the stagnant pond or not. We loved being able to walk to the little beachside bar, Coco's. Overall, good trip and great service from Hilton Head Rentals and Golf.

The home was very nicely decorated!! Very comfortable. The rental staff dealt with a couple of issues with the tvs in a timely manner. The cleaning service provided a vaccumn so we could tidy up with all the beach sand. Would stay here again!!! Would like to have more dishware/cookware available. Also would like to have the basics such as salt/pepper, coffee/filters, cleaning supplies, napkins, foil, and propane for the grill, I would be happy to pay extra for these items so you don't have to shop for these items upon arrival. Overall awesome experience.

The location was great we all enjoyed the house even our pet . The doggie park was in walking distance and the beach near too. . The pool was also enjoyable , we recommend that a screen be added to downstairs patio to prevent bugs from coming in .But our stay was really comfortable and had plenty of room thanks again .

The home was absolutely beautiful, everything needed for a wonderful week at Hilton Head until the air conditioning went out and the upstairs was unbearable and was not repaired during our stay. For three nights we had to leave the windows open as the weather was HOT.

Great working with this owner. Very accomodating. I can only describe this place as elegant, from the house to the furniture and to the smallish neighborhood. A bit far from the beach but well worth it. Will definitely recommend it to friends and may go again.

We had a wonderful time and loved being so close to the beach and other sites. HHI is our favorite place to vacation now. We have been to OBX, Oak Island and other beach areas, but we really liked your area. The house was fantastic and beautiful. We liked the pool with the sitting area under cover so that if it rained we could still sit outside. The furniture and bedrooms made use feel so spoiled and special. The inside garages were a good feature. This is a magnificent house and was different from the usual beach houses we have rented in teh past.
