This house was absolutely stunning!!! We had an amazing family vacation, just wish the location of the house was true oceanfront, instead of more marsh front. The beach was gorgeous & not crowded. Also, we enjoyed being able to walk to Coco's on the Beach each day for an afternoon snack & drinks.

I liked this property but would like to make some suggestions. We cook. The kitchen needs to have the proper utensils for cooking. Set of mixing bowls. Serving dishes and platters. Large pots and pans . Feeding 15 people necessitates everything be oversize. The gathering area needs to have a TV and seating so families can enjoy each others company. There is no way a group of 15 can eat a meal together or just hang out. One of the dishwashers was not operating until the day before we were leaving. The wifi service was also extremely poor and spotty. Also, the house is not really well setup for sleeping 15-16 people, with only 4 bedrooms. Everything aside, the location next to the beach and marsh was beautiful.

We stayed at 6 Collier Court the week of July 13th thru the 20th. It was fantastic. The home is beautiful and the views are like no other. The home is very well appointed with a great, well stocked, kitchen, beautiful dining room with a great view, of course, and the common area was huge. It accommodated everyone for games and general socializing. All of the bedrooms were lovely and the dock at the back of the home was a favorite spot for all. Tom, the Property Manager, could not have made things any easier or nicer for us. He was there to help from reserving the home, to greeting us on our arrival, and always available for any questions or concerns we had while in Hilton Head. We just cannot say enough about what a wonderful week we had at this home. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for the past 23 years and this has surpassed all of our expectations!
