North Shore Place is a fabulous new upscale 2001 condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the ocean (100 yards) and Coligny Plaza. This 1290 sq ft, 2nd floor Villa features a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, over sized tubs, marble showers. Our Villa is located on the corner of the building with a large covered wrap around veranda to enjoy the cool ocean breezes that only corner units have. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool and sundeck on the 4th floor. You will also get the oceanfront pool privileges at the Sea Crest Villas.

An easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. Conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with it's shopping, restaurants and entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secure access, covered parking with elevator access to all floors. All the Hilton Head Island's amenities are at hand.
