This is the second year that we have stayed at 213Twin Oaks and have enjoyed it very much!
The Villa is beautifully decorated and we feel blessed the minute we walk in the place. it's as if the owners furnished it with the best! It has just about every small appliance you can think of, every dish or pot and pan that you would ever need! it has beautiful daily dishes , from Pier One, and I mean the entire set! Just beautiful!
If I could make a suggestion regarding my only complaint. I noticed that some trash was left behind along the entry way and in the area that the trash cans are housed was a folded up diaper. It had not been vacuumed well and a couple of dried up french fries under the dining table were left behind. These are just things that were done carelessly and do not reflect at all on the beauty and comfort of the villa and it's location. It is close to the pool, very close! And also Harbor Town! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient for our daughters and their guests!
Thank you oh so much for working with us so much and if all goes well we will try and make it an annual event and hopefully see you next year!

this unit is very dated. the dated furnishings are ok but it is really time to replace the mattresses and bedding, they are uncomfortable. the unit also really needs a "deep cleaning" the corners of the floors, the light fixtures, ceiling corners that have cobwebs and bugs. the rug in the living room has a large spot covered by a chair, the rug in the dining room that has a hole covered by a jar. the towel bar in the downstairs bath was dislocated I think when we stayed there 5 yrs ago and is either off again or never repaired

We liked this place very much for my husband and I and my daughter's family of five. It is very roomy so we never felt closed in, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware for the nights we ate in. It has a nice size deck on the back that is almost private that would be great to sit out on in nice weather. We were close to the pool and the kids took full advantage of it. The Vacation Company was very helpful in booking, our arrival and our departure, all went very smoothly. This condo does not supply beach towels, like some do, so bring your own.

We loved this villa! We had such privacy that we felt like we were in a house! It was perfect for us!My husband and I, our 2 daughters ( ages 17 and 21) each took a friend. They had their own room with their own bathroom!it was beautifully decorated. I loved the pop of red in each room, I loved all of the home decor, all of the dishes and ammenities in the kitchen. The deck was wonderful and we were close to the very private pool. I loved the eclectic feel of the dining room and the great room! The master bedroom with walk in closet and the master bathroom were awesome!
Now for a couple of suggested improvements. The clothes dryer was terrible. It was very annoying that it took so long to dry our towels and with that many women in one house, we had lots of towels! Actually, I called to see if we could get a service person to come and had a quick and helpful response; I canceled that however, because I thought I would just put fewer things in it.I should have let them come because as the week progressed, it was hard to keep up with the laundry. Also, the patio furniture was not clean and had to be wiped off before we could sit on it and use the tables.
We would love to stay there again, if it has a new dryer, LOL!

Our family had a Great Vacation. The weather was nice. We loved the pool. The pool had a shady side for our grandbaby and a sunny side for the older children. The unit was very comfortable for everyone it had all the bells and whistles. The unit was in a handy location-close to everything. We have used the Vacation company for many years and have found them easy to work with and always eager to make our vacation enjoyable. We will keep this unit in mind for future vacations in Hiton Head.
