The furniture is average and in good condition. However, the kitchen is below average on cooking equipment, especially for the oven. Our family and friends has been renting on Hilton Head for almost 20 years and this kitchen was the most minimal we have had to deal with-- especially for a 4 bedroom unit. For example, mismatched sets of matching dishes, glasses and flatware. There were also several maintenance issues that need to be addressed: 1) the door from the living area to the balcony is very difficult to open and the screen was off the track when we arrived; 2) the toilet in the twin bedroom leaks if you do not play with the handle; 3) there is a leak in the washing machine in the laundry room (and it needs cleaning). Seems to happen when you use the machine; 4) Clean or replace the balcony chairs. The free standing showers in two bedrooms are very small and were not easy to use. On the positive side, the location is good and the building and grounds are well maintained. It is an easy walk to the beach and there is an ocean view.
“Spacious, comfortable but some maintenance problems”

We found our accomdations to be spacious and comfortable. However we found several maintenance problems as follows: 6 light bulbs burnt out, clothes washing machine not working properly, handle on toaster/oven broken off. The room where the clothes washer/dryer were located was filthy with accumlated dust. The office responded very well in getting maintenance personnel to come over. My sister , Carol Russo and her family stayed at 2320 East Windsor II and their air conditioning went out on Thursday. The maintenance men found a filthy air filter was the casuse. This should never happen and PM system should be set up to prevent this from happening.

Our trip was fantastic. We have rented through Island Getaway several times and have always had a good experience. We arrived earlier than expected to the island and went to your office to see if we could check in. The lady behind the counter informed us that our condo was not yet ready but she took my cell number and told me that she would see what she could do. Within a half hour she called me and said we could check in. This might not seem like a big deal, but after driving in from Ohio, I was thrilled that we could get checked in.
The condo itself was very nice. The pool and the grounds were perfectly mainained. The only negative thing that I can say is that the elevator in our complex broke down a couple of times. Other than this one small detail, I had an excellent experience in Hilton Head.

This is a wonderful condo!! The location was great, right on the beach and the bike path. The condo was VERY nice! It was nicely decorated and very clean. The size was great as the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are very convenient for larger groups. We had 8 girls in our group for a get away girls weekend and it was wonderful and plenty of space. The condo would also work well for several families sharing as everyone has their own privacy. The living room/kitchen/dining room/outside deck is great. It gives plenty of room for hanging out together. The pool was larger than normal for condo complexes and right on the beach. This is a condo that we would defintely rent again. Not one complaint!

From the internet pictures this place looked lovely. WE have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years. This was the first time we were disappointed with the placement of this unit. It said Ocean Front and it was far from that. More like an Ocean View not right at the beach like the other units we have rented that stated Ocean Front. There were not many wine glassed to accomodate the number of bedrooms it offers. Also the cleaning could have been kept up better as the vents were covered in a thick film of dust. It was nice that this unit offered 4 bedrooms but the layout made the unit feel small.

This is the first time we have not stayed in a beach front single family home...it worked very well with all the ages of the kids 5-13 yrs. The pool was perfect for the little ones and the teens loved the beach. The property was in very good condition....we use the kitchen for 90% of our meals so would have liked a little larger kitchen, but for most that would not be an issue.
