HILTON HEAD. “From the rooftop hot tub on down, the talented team of craftsman, designers and architects seem to have forgotten nothing; it is beachfront condominium living at its best.” Hilton Head Monthly
The developer of the Seacrest reserved the top, northernmost corner of the building to fashion his personal, spirit-lifting space where kicking back and feeling pampered is the order of the day. Comfortably but elegantly furnished, this penthouse sports 180- degree panoramic views of the beach and ocean. A carefully considered floor plan allows the majestic ocean views to take center stage in nearly every room.
The unobstructed view of the ocean provides a jaw-dropping first impression upon entering the foyer. Gorgeous saturnia marble floors run throughout creating flow from room to room. A formal living room boasts a fireplace, access to the veranda and a wall of windows for amazing views of the Atlantic. Built-in shelves house a 42” HD Plasma television. The living spaces are open and airy with plenty of seating room.
The builder has a passion for fine woodwork, having built "some of the finest sport fisherman yachts that ever sailed the Atlantic." This craftsmanship is evidenced in the coffered ceilings, oversized crown moldings and baseboards, and extensive built-ins. The rooms sparkle with interest and create a mood of warmth and hospitality.
Dining room: The custom designed bases of the dining room table were finished by local artisan Peter Billman: an example of trompe l’oeil, standing regally below the glass top, they resemble fine Old Italian leather. A lovely mirror reflects the water.
Kitchen: Black granite counters and crisp white custom cabinetry make the ocean view kitchen a delight. To add visual interest, the architects specified decorative, formal glass and wood Chippendale bi-folds to frame the pass-through to the living/dining area.
Bedrooms: The two king master bedroom suites are generous and have private balconies overlooking the ocean for relaxation and retreat. The first master bedroom offers a private bathroom with a bidet and glass shower only, while the second master bedroom offers a private bathroom with bidet, Jacuzzi tub, and separate glass shower. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and private bathroom with glass shower only. The colors in the three bedrooms are the palest sea greens and icy blues, with accents of silver and brushed nickel. The bathrooms are outfitted with every amenity. Each bedroom has its’ own TV/DVD.
Rooftop: Breathtaking views make relaxing on the three porches irresistible or follow a softly curving wrought iron staircase which leads to a rooftop garden/spa. The stunning 360 degree view of the island and Atlantic, finest outdoor furniture and a custom fountain make this a heavenly spot. The Jacuzzi is heated year round at no additional charge.

We have actually been staying in the same unit at Seacrest for the past 3 years. Three days before we were scheduled to leave this year, I was called and told that our regular unit was unavailable due to damage from a fire in an adjacent unit. We had family coming in from L.A., Charlotte, and atlanta. I was unable to find another unit available in Sea Crest on such short notice--and then I found the "3505-the Penthouse" online. Could not believe it was available at this late date and decided to go for it!!! It was "fabulous". The pictures you see online are amazing but they really don't due it justice. You feel pampered and special and indulged but there is still a feeling of home. We take these trips to create family memories and traditions and this trip will be one that we all will remember. This is the only unit in Seacrest with a rooftop view. We spent our mornings watching the sun come up over the atlantic and our nights in the hot tub watching the moon come up and the stars shine. Hard to believe that we will ever be ever to top this past week.

One down fall was the hot tub was not functioning, it worked however the water did not get hot. My husband(contractor) was really looking forward to using that extra added feature on the rooftop deck. But overall the access to the building was fair & the rental itself was amazing, definitely would return in the summer months for more activities.

This unit has to be the best one in the Sea Crest! The view from the rooftop hot tub was stunning! The condo was elegant. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were large and classy. We just loved the 20 ft ceiling in the living room! The Sea Crest complex has it all: 2 pools, bar/grill by the pool, great access to the beach and right across from Coligny Plaza. Great location!

We have a beautiful home so it is difficult to want to spend time (even on vacation) in a place that isn't as nice as our home. This property came as close to that as any I have stayed in before. It is absolutely wonderful.

When you stay at 3505 Sea Crest you are the envy of everyone you meet. For those who LOVE to look at the ocean constantly...this is the place. A panoramic view east to west. The rooftop patio is the "icing on the cake". Beautiful decor...gosh, I'm breatless from trying to come up with more superlatives. We stay twice a year for two weeks each time!

We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving 2008. This was our 1st visit to Hilton Head Island and so glad we stayed in this beautiful home. This was truly the best place we have stayed at. We had a hard time leaving. The details and amenities were top notch. But by far the views were breathtaking.
We loved all the little details of this place. They had a nice selection of books, every possible kitchen gadget, great coffee maker, wine, Flat screen TV with DVR, tools and binoculars. It felt like a home away from home. Also appreciated the recommendations for resturants and things to do and see that were provided.
An awesome home.
We would love to come back and visit again in the future.

We have visited Hilton Head Island for many years and had always rented oceanfront homes. In the Fall of 2007 we decided to try an oceanfront condo. We found 3505 Sea Crest on the Island Getaway website, made a visit to the condo and fell in LOVE with this rental. The ocean views are breathtaking, the rooftop patio and hot tub are wonderful "extras", the kitchen appliances are first class, the beds are comfortable, the large balcony with a huge table is perfect for outdoor dining, the superlatives go on and on! We have made 3 visits to this condo and have 2 more visits already scheduled.

Our daughter was pregnant, plus she had a 2 yr. old, so we knew this
was going to be a vacation where we would be needing to have a lot
of "room time"! Therefore, we were looking for a condo with a great
view, right on the ocean. We figured if we couldn't be down on the
beach, we could at least "feel like we were". Truly 3505 Seacrest did
not disappoint! We were all amazed and truly ecstatic over the view.
Every single room, but one, had a GREAT view of the ocean. There
were three separate decks, one being on the very top of this
penthouse condo, where we could get in the hot tub and watch the
world go by! The decor of the condo was beyond plush. Everything
was first class. I never plan to go to Hilton Head again unless I get to
stay at 3505 Seacest! We LOVED it that much! Any place else would
have to be a letdown after staying here!
