Modern luxury 1BR apt, very close to Tokyo street with many great restaurants. Away from the noise but still close to city center.
Perfect for 1 to 3 guests. Private entrance & exit with key card. Swimming pool on roof top. Free 80Mbps internet.

We are located in one of the first luxury building in town. Free 80Mbps super high speed internet connection makes it easy to contact home or upload all your holiday pictures and videos.

The place is a clean and comfortable studio fully furnished with its own kitchen and bathroom. You will have your private apartment and share with no one. You can see the city through the windows, very beautiful city view.

The place is equipped with air-conditioner.
Double size bed with new linens can accommodate 2.
Big comfy couch in the living can suit for 3rd person.
Cable TV with 57 local and international channels.
Full-size wardrobe provides sufficient storage.

In the bathroom, we have: shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, body lotion, face wash.
Clean towels are provided for each guest.

In the kitchen, we have: fridge, microwave, gas stoves, tableware, electric water boiler...
Coffee, tea, water... provided in room.

Stunning swimming pool and sun deck on the roof top which guest access only and open all day.

The building is very safe and patrolled 24/7 by security guards and staff.

You will have your own apartment with your own key, private entrance and exit, no share with other guests or owner. You will need to have the key with you all time to access the building and the pool area.

Taxi is always available in the front hall. VINASUN, MAI LINH or UBER are recommended. A taxi monitor will help you to get a good branded taxi.
Taxibike is always around (about 7.000 vnd per km). Taxibike is often 50% of taxi price for long distance, but almost the same as taxi price under 2 km.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if there is a maintenance problem in the unit (e.g. water leak, electrical issues). We are always available for assistance during your stay via phone, telegram and whatsapp.

The Neighborhood

Supermarket, banks, ATM, Vietnamese dishes, bakery, Pho 24, Spa, laundry service at G floor, inside the building.

The apartment is located very close to downtown, absolutely perfect to enjoy a wide range of activities.

Turn right from the building, go straight only 5 mins with taxi, you will find lots of unique shops, department stores, international restaurants and bars.

1,8 km (5 mins by taxi) to: Le Thanh Ton street - renowned as “Little Tokyo” in Saigon.

3 km to: Bach Dang Pier, where you chill with the fresh air from Saigon river; Ben Thanh market, where you enjoy street food, buy souvenirs, see a vibrant Saigon; Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, Reunification Palace.

4 km (10 mins by taxi) to: Saigon Opera House, Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden, Bitexco Tower - the tallest building in the city.

Buses to go out of the city are located in Pham Ngu Lao, De Tham area. PHUONG TRANG is recommended.

We can also arrange a personal AIRPORT PICK-UP for a small fee if you like.
