Description
The apartment is separated from the house on the ground floor. It is totally private with own entrance and conservatoire.
It is situated 7 minutes by car from Hobart CBD, close to restaurants, Salamanca market, bus transport, shopping, cinema, Mona Art Gallery, bike track, swimming pool, hospital and bush walks.
Experience the picturesque view of the Mt. Wellington ranges. Take one of the bush tracks near our house on the domain experiencing numerous bird life. Visit the beautiful Botanical gardens which is nearby.
A cycle/walking track is situated at the end of our street leading into the Hobart CBD.
Hobart international airport is only 20 minutes from our home with hire cars and shuttle buses which meet every flight arrival, an alternative is the taxi facilities.
Our garden has total privacy where you can enjoy an al fresco meal while listening to the birds. We have an extensive selection of fresh aromatic and culinary herbs with views of Mt. Wellington.
The kitchen comprises of coffee machine, a magnetron cook top, toaster, microwave, bar fridge and kettle.
