Response from the owner Thank you for your review This property is a waterfront property surrounded by water on 2 waterfronts we are not a country side house we have Foxtel ,stan,Netflix in large screen tv's and we are fully heating and cooling check out is 10am not 3 pm as we had guest's arrivng 3pm the same day as your check out and we need to have the house ready for the next guests We are not a party house and bringing a extra 28 guest's in a bus that had to be turned away was aembarrassing luckily I found and organised for your 28 extra un inviting guest's accommodation in the casino and we all made it work Please book on Tripadvisor for parties at the casino or reception centres as we have a no party policy Thank you
