This villa is big enough to be shared by a group up 10 with tons of common spaces while keeping their privacy with their 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Starting with a large open kitchen fully equipped, including a bar for informal meals or just having drinks.
Large living room area with an open split design allowing to have guests on multiple areas kitchen, living room, formal dining area while sharing time together.
Outside area is truly unique with large pool including lounges, grill, exterior (under roof) living and dining area making ideal to enjoy our Florida weather to the fullest.
Living room equipped with TV area to enjoy your shows or movies while having direct view of the pool and backyard area
Master Bedroom including LED TV and bathroom in suite with double showers to have your private retreat while enjoying your time with family or guests.

I love it planing to book again next year I recommended to any body beautiful house good neighborhood and everything is close the beach restaurant shopping center everything .
