A luxury three bedroom cottage, a perfect retreat for families or a group of friends.

Wisteria cottage sleeps up to five people in a double (with en suite bathroom) and a single room upstairs and a bedroom downstairs that can be made up as two singles or a super kingsize double. The cosy lounge has a large inglenook fireplace, home to a log burner for those cosy evenings in during the cooler months.

The large fully equipped kitchen looks out over the back gardens and patio where garden table and chairs are provided for alfresco dining.

Wisteria cottage is situated in the Blackdown Hills AONB, a quiet countryside location just 10 minutes drive away from Honiton. The views across the Otter Valley are stunning and anyone that enjoys walking / hiking won't be disappointed with the number of footpaths/bridleways on the doorstep. Dartmoor and Exmoor national Parks are also within easy reach as is the Jurrasic Coast and SouthWest coast path if you can bear to leave the Blackdown Hills.

After a day exploring the local area relax those aching muscles in our HOT TUB, heated to 38 degrees it is enjoyed all year round and at any time of day. Sit and admire the views by day or look for shooting stars at night. If you've any energy left there is table tennis, air hockey, pool and darts to enjoy in the recreation barns.

Devon has plenty of attractions but we are also close to the Dorset and Somerset borders if you wanted to explore these counties as well.

The hot tub is for the shared use of 2 cottages. Although shared this facility is private in as much as being set across the courtyard on it's own decking area so not over looked by any of the cottages. There is a changing room, shower and toilet in an adjacent building.

Patio area with table and chairs for up to six people.
Although shared gardens there is a gated area outside your back door to enable the door to be left open without pets being able to wander.
Secure area for dogs to run off the lead as well as plenty of footpaths on the doorstep.

We are situated in a rural location so you really need your own car to get around. Taxi's are available but they are expensive. The nearest train station is Honiton.

Interaction with guest

We will meet you on arrival and give you a quick tour of the facilities at Odle Farm to ensure you are able to enjoy all that is on offer. We live on site so are available if you need us but also appreciate this is your holiday so will respect your privacy. We aim to provide a friendly welcome to help you feel at home and then leave you to relax unless you need us/want any advice on where to walk/visit etc.

How do damage deposits work?
