These suites are specifically designed and furnished to make you feel right at home whether you're in Waikiki for a week or months at a time.
The units feature:
-upgraded fully equipped kitchens with electric stoves and other appliances
-beautifully renovated bathrooms with shower stall, vanity and wall cabinets for more storage space
-all updated furniture
-large size furnished lanai
-window AC and ceiling fans
-LCD TVs + DVD players
-separate den-work areas with a desk
-small kitchen appliances, hair dryer, iron + board
-bed linens, towels, kitchenware and utensils are provided for the guests

These condo suites can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child
For sleeping arrangements we have 2 twin beds that could be pushed together and make up a king bed or spread apart if you wish, a queen size pull-out sofa bed and a twin size fold-out bed for a child.
Hawaiian King Resort Building is conveniently located in the very center of Waikiki, across from the International Market Place, Waikiki Trade Center and Kuhio bus lines. Waikiki beach is with in 5 min walk , 3 blocks to Food Pantry supermarket, 2 blocks to Duke's Bar, Cheesecake Factory restaurants and other famous Central Waikiki shops and nightlife.

I stayed at this property by myself as my husband had to go back to Singapore to work. My sister stayed a night with me and we had a great time here. Its small--I wouldn't probably put more than 2 adults in this unit. There's 2 twin beds and a sofa (can't remember if it turns into a bed or not). Would make a perfect girls getaway. The unit even has a dandy little vanity!
The guy who oversees the property is very nice--he's separate from the owners. But he won't tolerate any funny business from the people downstairs at the bar, etc. This condo has a very quiet vibe, and its clear they don't want to be disturbed by partiers. Good security too. So I really appreciated that.
Inna is a pleasure to deal with. We stayed in another of her properties in Waikiki and found both that one and this one to be well-cared for. Don't expect super glam--expect a bright and happy little place to stay. The unit has their own wifi so you don't have to sit in the hallway with everyone else who uses the building wifi. So that's a perk. Nice kitchenette. Great location.
Don't worry too much about the people down at the bar. I don't recall ever being woken up or disturbed by them. This unit is a great value. I'd def stay here again.

We really liked the apartment, it is old but well kept and clean and a bargain for the price.
It is so close to everything; a couple of blocks to the beach, bus stop around the corner, shopping close, public parking across the street + free along Ala Moana rd. All contact with the owner worked just fine.
The only bad thing I can think of is that the a/c was a bit noisy.

My wife and I stayed in Sam's condo from Nov 15 through to Dec 20.
The location is excellent; being only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the Old International Market Place.
Their are many good restaurants within walking distance of this condo building.
The building itself is older but has a nice pool in the center of the U shaped building which makes for a nice social courtyard.
The BBQ at the courtyard works great.
Onsite laundry machines is very convenient.
There are many couples that have been coming and staying at this condo building for a few months at a time for years.
The staff that work at the condo building are excellent- very friendly and keep the building in great shape.
The condo itself is very well equipped and very comfortable for 2 people to stay in-4 adults can stay but it would be a little cramped for space but do-able for sure. The sofa opens up into a comfortable bed.2 adults and a couple children would be very comfortable.
Dealing with Sam the condo owner was very smooth- he is very friendly and easy to talk to; checking into the unit itself was smooth and uneventful.Everything was exactly how Sam said it would be.
We had no issues or concerns with the condo-when we arrived we found it very clean and well equipped for everything you would need-we maintained it and left it clean as we found it.
We would definitely rent this condo from Sam again in the future.
