Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Pacific (one block away) from our artistically decorated 35th floor corner unit. From our living room and bedroom, the ocean can be seen stretching across the horizon high above the pitched copper steeple of St. Augustine Church. There are whitewater views from our galley kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Queen's surf break, Canoe surf break, the beach and palm trees are visible. There are also eastern views of the mountains, golf course, and canal, and a peak a boo view of Diamond Head from the bedroom & kitchen. The corner unit faces a northwest angle and benefits from refreshing trade winds blowing from the mountains and golf course to the east.
Since you're facing west from the kitchen and bedroom and northwest from the living room, you do not have the morning sun waking you up and this condo has cross ventilation. The air conditioner is rarely used.

Our Waikiki Banyan condo is owner occupied part of the year, and we welcome vacationers who will take good care of it. We installed a gorgeous floor of travertine marble, repainted the walls with decorator colors, and installed double French doors between the living room and the bedroom (see photos). Our corner unit has a king sized bed in the bedroom, a double pull out sofa bed, and a portable fouton bed.
The Waikiki Banyan is a fun resort ONE BLOCK from the warm sands and blue water of the world's most famous beach. Soak up the sun, stroll on ocean board walk, swim in warm ocean, snorkel across from the Zoo in fish preserve (some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii), surf, or just relax on the Waikiki Banyan's comfortable lounge chairs on recreation deck near pool or in shade. Bus stop one block away from Waikiki Banyan. Ala Muana shopping center is 10 minutes away by bus. You don't need to rent a car. Take Reliable or Robert's shuttle from airport to Waikiki Banyan ($18 round trip). Mini mart & snack bar in building. Walk to the Food Pantry supermarket at 2370 Kuhio Avenue. Walk to Parkshore Starbucks across from beach. Longer walk to new Safeway at 888 Kapahulu Avenue.

We enjoyed our stay at this great condo. The view was stunning. Being a corner unit, there was a nice breeze to cool the suite. Located at the quiet end of Waikiki with everything within walking distance was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get and more.
The beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels were a bonus.
We loved every moment of our 2 week stay in this beautiful spacious condo, it is clean and the views are breathtaking I loved having my coffee every morning on the Lanai watching the surfers and people go by.
The hotel amenities are also fabulous, the pool and hot tubs were nice and clean, the store had everything we required and the snack shop had great coffee and food.
If you have children we travelled with Miss 12 you couldn't ask for a better location than this so close to bus stops the beach and restaurants.

I absolutely adored my stay in this beautiful and luxurious corner unit at the Banyan. I highly recommend this place. Here is why :
I have travelled to Oahu 12 times and I can attest that this place was my favorite of all the beach houses and luxury hotels I have stayed at.
Beach house : there might be bugs and one does not always feel safe, even though there is a low crime rate on the Island.
Hotel : a great option if you stay for a maximum of 3 nights.
However, one becomes tired of the limited space in the room and cleaning ladies entering your room twice a day.
This condo : the best option! One can make a royal breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it while admiring the direct view on the Ocean and mountains from the 35th floor. The marble floors reflect the sunlight so it's flooded with light. No bugs. Very safe. Very spacious. Close to everything : Waikiki beach, the best restaurants, the grocery and drugstore.

Great Unit fantastic veiws only five minutes from the unit to the beach.Very spacious although a dishwasher would be a bonus.This being our 16th holiday in Hawaii I would have to say that this unit has been the best one we have stayed in .Being a corner unit it has very good cross flow ventilation.
