Aux abords d’une route passante la journée mais les nuits sont paisibles.
Situation : 30 km de Dax; 20 km de Bayonne; 3km de la mer (10 à 15 minutes à vélo); 1 km du lac marin ; 0,8 km des commerces ; 0,5 km du golf.Orientation Sud/Est
