Description

Experience your own private home overlooking a lush green yard feeding into the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton. Sit on your own private balcony above the tree line to the open cove beyond, or join your friends and family on the beautifully appointed deck below. You will feel pampered in the Master Bedroom king sized bed complete with wood burning fireplace and 42' HDTV with Blue Ray DVD player. The Master bath has a 6' x 6' whirlpool bath surrounded by windows and its own 32" monitor to watch a movie or catch up on the news. The walk in shower is large enough for two and has a private toilet area.

The guest room is quaintly decorated with an iron queen sized bed and its own TV with satellite feed. The bunk room has four full sized bunks that can accommodate up to eight people and perfect for the kids. This room also has a 36" monitor and its own satellite receiver and DVD player. All bedrooms have thermal black out curtains to allow for maximum sleeping time.

Wonder downstairs to make that first cup of coffee in the new kitchen complete with stainless equipment, double oven and microwave drawer. The rest of your group can join you around the granite buffet or out on the screened in porch to listen to the birds and the sounds of the lake. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a extra long soaking tub. Relax in the living room that faces the lake and the wood burning fireplace with it's own 42' monitor.

Enjoy the fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just floating in the water off the swim dock. It is all there for you and your family to enjoy. This cove is coveted by fishermen all year as it is the most popular cove to fish as the Little Marzan River feeds into the lake right around the corner.

If you ever want to leave there is always historic downtown Hot Springs with its bathhouses, art galleries, horse racing during late winter and spring. There are several rivers to canoe within 30 minutes driving time and boat rentals on the lake. One of our favorite things about this lake is the float up restaurants. Maps to locations are provided.

All trash must be taken to Little Mazarn Road when checking out of the house. If any trash is left a $150 will be taken from the security deposit.

No one under 26 years of age may lease this property.

All cushions must be brought into screened in porch or a $150 charge will be assessed.

The house is cozy, private, and in a great location if visiting Hot Springs. Everyone we encountered was friendly and Cheryl was responsive, accommodating, and sweet. Excited about our next visit!
