Description
Nedkat apartments has world class 180 degree water view from the rooms and three balconies. The apartments are modern, freshly decorated and fitted with all the latest appliances: TV's, fridge, freezer, hair dryer, dish washing machine, clothes washer, air conditioner, microwave, glass top stove, first aid kit, etc.
The apartments are also serviced by free and fast WiFi
Apartment 1 has three balconies: two that are exclusive to apartment 1, and one that is shared with apartment 2, holidaylettings property # 1311533
It has one bedroom, and one large loft area with comfortable sleeping facilities, as well as a separate living area (which also has the option of a sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom.
There are only two apartments in the building which means that we provide exclusivity and privacy in a great location.
Both apartments have parking on site
Our guests all say that we understate and over-deliver.

“Lovely apartment with fantastic views.”
Loved staying in such a clean apartment with great views. Katy and Ned could not have been more helpful. If we get back to Hvar we will definitely stay here.

If Katija (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
