Unique design studio apartment in the central part of the city.
It is completely newly furnished luxury apartment in the heart of the town of Hvar, just off the Riva (promenade) with unique free views.
The studio apartment is located on the top floor and has two bedrooms with doublebeds 160x200+140x200, a bathroom, and a spacious kitchen, dining and living area, including TV, and air conditioning and e-piano. Additionally you can convert sofa into bed 120x200
The new kitchen contains all the necessary elements, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine.
All Top-Hung Roof Windows give an uninterrupted view when fully open, creating extra headroom and a feeling of being outside like on balcony. Windows give dramatic visual impact and flood apartment with daylight.
The historic building has been refurbished in 2011 and bears the name: "NOVAK BONAPARTE". The surrounding area is one of the most beautiful corners of Hvar town with its pedestrian-friendly space.
In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.
In the immediate vicinity there are various shops and the harbor, are offered from which day trips to the "Pakleni islands" and other interesting destinations.
Also hire a boat is in about 50 meters close.
The catamarans station (speedboats) is about 200 m away and the car ferry runs from the town of "Starigrad" from (about 18 km from Hvar), several times a day directly to Split.
There is a parking in about 250 yards, this will cost about 13 € (HRK 100) / day.
