Description
This unique holiday home lies between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, an ideal location while visiting the areas of Sorrento, Pompei, Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
The house is accessed by a private gate, it is part of a nineteenth century villa and it has been newly renovated by its young owners that have tastefully decorated this fabulous home starting from its furnishings right down to the lamps. No expense was spared as the best known European designers were consulted and hired in completing the project.
One of its main features, is the amazing 180° view which can be enjoyed both from the living room and from the large private terraces. Also stunning view of the Island of Capri can be enjoyed while comfortably lying down and resting. Visitors are struck by the contrasting dazzling white of the house and the bright blue sea which creates a perfect atmosphere after a long day's trip.
The main terrace at the ground floor has a beautiful minipool with a gorgeous view of the gulf.
The property develops on two floors: the ground floor is home to the large living room which has access to the terrace furnished with sun beds, table and chairs. On this level we also find the kitchen and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom which also has access to a panoramic terrace. This cozy and spacious holiday home has all the comforts one could wish, and upon request it is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner prepared and there is also a selection of wines available that can be bought.

Rental Rules:
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, mid stay cleaning with change of linens and towels for minimum 5 nights stay.
Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):
A cash refundable deposit of 1.000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
City tax: € 2,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) up to 5 days

“Beautiful villa with great views of Capri”
Beautiful villa with great view of Capri We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Nunzio was very efficient in answering questions, arranging transportation, and setting up tours. The villa is beautiful and looks just like the pictures on the website. It is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the views from the wrap-around deck are magnificent. We enjoyed the pool and never tired of the view of Capri! The only negative thing was that it wasn't supplied with much extra toilet paper, and what we found for dish towels seemed like they might be rags. Also, the hand soap dispensers in both bathrooms were empty. A little more attention to housekeeping would be good. Everything else was excellent. Nunzio arranged a food tour (eno-gastronomic) that was amazing and fun. We visited a lemon grove with limoncello samples, pizza restaurant while we learned how to make pizza, and a dairy farm that makes incredible cheeses. A highlight of our stay! All in all this is an excellent villa.

“The reviews tell it all”
This villa was the highlight of our Amalfi Coast trip. Everything that was stated in the previous reviews is totally accurate. One review mentioned the mini pool. Although it is not designed as a hot tub we were able have it set to winter mode and by keeping the cover on at night we found the water to be very warm. Not hot tub warm but certainly warm enough to enjoy with a glass of wine, which we did several times. The staff was very helpful and was able to arrange several excursions for us and also to hire Carmine the chef for a special last night meal. We did have a car but with the bus stop 50 meters away our car remained parked most of the time. Let the bus drive those curvy roads. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.
