Flat screen wall satellite TV, DVD and HI-Fi. The dining area has sea views and is equipped with a long white dining table with black leather chairs for 8. Open plan kitchen with second entrance to the house. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, wall oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and Central Island, bar and bar stools with sea views. Ground floor has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub and double hand basin. This bedroom has access to the outdoor patio and views of the pool. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m) with sea views and en suite bathroom equipped with walk in shower and fitted wardrobe. Downstairs: Bedroom 3 is access from lower terrace and has double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), drinks cooler, fitted cupboards and easy chair at the entrance and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Grounds: large outdoor private parking space with locked door to access the house and gardens. On the left there is a door that leads to white walled terrace equipped with two separate seating areas for 6 people each, sun canopy and barbecue. Straight ahead, stairs lead down to the outdoor dining area with Italian Limestone table and 8 Dedon style chairs. Chill out area with "L" Shaped Dedon style sofa and table. Stairs leading up to the pool area equipped with 6 sun beds and two large sun umbrellas. The pool area has a gate to make it child-safe. On the side of the house are stairs leading into the kitchen entrance and under the stair case is the utility room equipped with washing machine and ironing board and iron.
