Santorini Villa Rental with Incredible Views - Villa Sky
Offering only the most gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea, this Santorini villa is set in a quiet location that is still within walking distance to a charming town. A family or two couples will be able to gaze out to Caldera, relax in the private jacuzzi, or wander into the popular town on Fira for some fun.
On the edge of a cliff 300 meters above the sea, this villa provides uninterrupted views of the Caldera, Nea Kameni, Thirasia, Akrotiri, and Skaros from either of the two large verandas. This smooth-edged restored Canava (cave house) has a stylish Mediterranean feel and is classified as a traditional Santorini "yposkafa" dwelling. There is a hot tub on the terrace.
This house provides two separate living areas that are open to each other and not private, since one bedroom has a window onto the living room and the other bedroom is open to the living room. The two living areas are connected by an exterior staircase.
Sun: This half of the house consists of a compact kitchenette (cook-top and coffee maker) and living area with large glass doors leading out onto a shaded terrace. A curved staircase leads down to a comfortable bedroom with a 145 cm Standard-size double bed (comfortable for one; cozy for two) a small ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and open shower (no curtain!).
Moon: Fronted by glass double doors, this side leads into an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for entertaining. Even the galley kitchen (cook-top, coffee maker, and small refrigerator) boasts a view of the famous Caldera. An all-white bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed leads to a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and open shower (with curtain!).

Overall, we were happy with the villa. Service was quick and cordial and anything that needed repairing was dealt with same day with no extra effort on our part. We loved the privacy on the decks and the jacuzzi even though other villas were in immediate proximity. Amazingly quiet in spite of villas around us. Very good daily maid service.
Seclusion and incredible view of caldera, Mirostefani and Fira.
Walls inside and outside could have used a coat of fresh paint. We experienced electrical shorts in the kitchen.
Views, proximity of restaurants, shopping and cafés.

Wonderful. View was magnificent, and the property was more private than most of the surrounding properties. Close to groceries, beverages, restaurants. Two fine restaurants near the top of the steps entering the villa.
The view and seclusion. Car was very good, and all cars on Santorini appear to be manual shift, regardless of brand or quality. Jackie, the lady that greeted us, was very helpful. The manager was helpful making appointments with local nail salon, and confirming airline reservation.
The toilet in Moon Room frequently would not flush due to electrical malfunction. Bidet inoperative. None of the toilets would accept tissue; had to put in waste can. Air conditioning would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. However, none of these things would keep us from returning.
View, view, view. Interesting shops and open air cafes. Sailing with Capt. Steve Blue Lagoon and swimming in the Aegean. Winery tours and Santorini wine. Kamari beach. Ancient Thira.

We were very happy with our decision to take the villa and its location was the best in Santorini.
Location, location, location. Its actually a very nicely converted cave house with fantastic views. Little things are very well taken care of by the local agent. She was extremely helpful as was the car rental agency and the maid. The property comes with the sweetest and most regal, white, extremely well behaved cat called "Princess Thira". She slept with us and made our stay even more memorable.
This property is not suitable for 2 couples, and there is not privacy for either couple as one bedroom has a window into the living room and the other is open to the living room with no door. Also the bathroom with the upstairs bedroom is tiny.
It is just beautiful with breathtaking views of the Caldera and lovely walking paths.
