SURF PASSAGE: OCEAN VIEWS + GOURMET KITCHEN & THAT
Wake up to ocean views, the gentle sounds of waves and seagulls in the distance, and the fresh scent of salty air. Spend the day on the beach flying kites or building sandcastle under big blue skies, walking along the pier in flip flops with an ice cream in hand and a collection of shells combed from the sand. Or rent bikes for the day to pedal around Imperial Beach, or up to Coronado Island along the Bayshore (Silver Strand) Bikeway. End your perfect day watching the sun set over the Pacific from your private balcony, while the stars and moon begin to light up the night sky. And fall asleep with the ocean breeze cooling your sun kissed cheeks before you drift off to sleep, dreaming of the new experiences tomorrow will bring.
Spend your dream vacation at Surf Passage, a gorgeous townhome just steps from the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom home of more than 1,200 square feet, three balconies & a private, secure garage. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, vaulted ceiling and has its own private balcony. Imperial Beach: Experience a “Peaceful Easy Feeling” that won't let you down
Imperial Beach is like no other -- a throwback to a simpler, southern California beach town of days gone by, with miles of uncrowded, white sand beaches, magnificent views of the Coronado Islands and the downtown San Diego skyline. Imperial Beach (IB) is laid back, unpretentious and has a wonderful, “small town” vibe. You'll find everything you need within a short walk along the seacoast – beachfront parks with picnic tables and barbeques, a weekly farmer's market (every Friday), beach volleyball nets, restaurants, waffle-cone ice cream, and retail shops. Stop by the Surf Hut (right across the street from Seacoast Villas) to rent boogie boards, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, wetsuit, fins and bikes. Plus there are plenty more shops & restaurants along Palm Ave. Take a walk along the pier to gain a different perspective of the surfers and unrivaled views of San Diego: from Point Loma to Mexico. Extending almost 1,500 feet into the sea, the Imperial Beach Pier is also a great place to spot whales and dolphins swimming by just off-shore, or to try your luck fishing (BONUS: a license is not required for Pier fishing).
Imperial Beach is one of the most unique areas of San Diego, and lends itself to quiet getaways, family vacations and nostalgic trips down memory lane. IB is untouched by overdevelopment and void of the late-night party crowds, high density housing, congestion, traffic...Read more

Additional Location Information
Surf Passage is located in a 10-unit complex right across the street from the Beach and within a short walk to several restaurants. It is a very casual and relaxed beach town with deep sandy beaches. There is a weekly Farmers Market held at the Pier a few blocks south of the property (5-6 minute walk). You'll find people fishing off the pier (a fishing license is not required to fish off the pier), and lots of surfers around the pier area. Further north, you'll find families with kids spending the day at the beach. I have been to Imperial Beach a few dozen times in the last six month and really enjoy the feeling. There are far fewer crowds compared to the beach communities further north because Imperial Beach has not been overdeveloped with high density housing like the beach communities further north (Mission Beach and Pacific Beach).
Nearest airport: San Diego International Airport (SAN) Car is recommended
