Upscale beach Townhouse

Please carefully read letting policy, condo is not gulf front.

This seaside townhouse has been in our family since our children were babies. Lovingly updated in 2009, it is practically brand new inside. Just yards from the white sands of Indian Shores with its beautiful sunsets, sea oats, pelicans and turtle nests. Perfect for a romantic beach vacation, for one or two couples or a retreat from the stresses of life, somewhere to write that book, recharge your batteries or just get a glowing suntan.

Additional Location Information

Indian Shores is quaintly reminiscent of the old laid back days of beach communities along with Indian Rocks Beach which has a thriving village center with a variety of restaurants, bars, some hotels and shops, which is a hub of activity after sundown. Its is a 10 minute stroll from the condo along a pedestrian walkway alongside the intracoastal waterway. Also Indian Rocks has a marina and direct access to the mainland and SR688 via a bridge in the center. There is a public boat launch park at Indian Shores and several nice eating places within walking distance.
Indian Shores has a beautiful, pristine white sand beach, rarely busy, framed with pretty sea oats and sand dunes, frequent visitors to the shore are loggerhead turtles, who nest every spring time and a wide variety of sea birds and mammals. Occasionally lucky visitors will spot one of our rare manatees. The land is pretty narrow from Gulf to Bay, so you are never very far from water. Access to the main arterial routes and Tampa International are via the Park Blvd bridge which is at the southern end of Indian Shores.
