Description

Large Penthouse corner condo (1550 square ft) fully remodeled, two bedroom, two bath at Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida. Granite countertops, tile floors, gorgeous views and the Gulf breeze will be sure to make your time away from home very relaxing. The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk across the street and the inter-coastal waterway is right off your top floor balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a comfy queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances. The unit includes one covered, assigned parking spot in prime location near the elevator. Free Wifi internet!

Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club has private tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, fishing pier, BBQ grills, full sized pool & jacuzzi/hot tub with shaded tiki hut. There are also boat docks available at no extra charge if you'd like to bring your boat! (Trailer cannot stay on property).

Smoking is not permitted. No pets allowed per the Condo Association rules.

“Just Stunning”

This is year 2 that we rented 801 and we absolutely love everything about Indian Shores. The condo is a great size and has the most stunning views. We look forward to next year!!

Great place in a good location and awesome views of the intercoastal. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the boats go by. Would definitely stay there again if i am in the area.

How do damage deposits work?
