“Just Incredible...” Couldn't be happier with this accommodation! To start off the villa was in a great location (about 10 minutes drive from the main town), which was not a problem at all and was actually nice to be away from such a busy environment. A driver from the villa can be organised for a small cost which was very convenient when we didn't want to get the public bus. It was so nice to be staying right on the beach - and when you didn't want to swim in the beach we had our own private pool. The villas were extremely spacious with big beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff accommodated a few extras we had staying but we were all still very comfortable. Udith the Villa manager was extremely friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. It was always very nice to wake up and have a morning chat with Udith as he was always smiling and in such great spirits. The rest of the staff were also amazing! Always so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better people to be surrounded by. The in house chefs provide excellent food - our groups favourite being the chicken sandwiches. It is nice to be able to order whatever food you want at any time. We were supposed to stay only 5 nights, but extended because we didnt want to leave. Would definitely recommend these villa's. Great for a group of friends or a big family looking for a relaxing get away and a great time!

“Our magical stay at the Indian Ocean” This place was absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for over a week and we still regret we couldn't stay any longer. The beach villa is lovely decorated and feels like home. When you wake up you just have to walk out of the garden and you can have a nice refreshing swim in the sea without any other tourists. By moonlight you can have a shower in the bathroom that is located outside (there are also bathrooms inside btw). We remember relaxing in the garden under the swaying palmleaves whilst enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean. The food was fabolous which we got to enjoy several times. Wasante and Sarat (staff) were very friendly and hospitable. We would like to thank the owners, Nirmala and David for their great suggestions and warm hospitality. Hopefully we have the chance to come back to this beautiful place.

“Fabulous” We were lucky and enjoyed this wonderful oasis of luxury and calm for 16 nights in February 14. The villa itself is well appointed and has everything you could possibly want or need but it is the garden, pool and service that makes this place so special. The views from the garden especially down by the pool and pavilion are fantastic with rice paddy, buffalo, egrets and a myriad of other tropical birds. You feel a million miles away from everything as you are surrounded by swaying palm trees and other tropical plants and flowers. We enjoyed the charming 10 minute walk to the enormous, clean beach that is also fringed by Palm trees and little restaurants, and if you want a bit more nightlife Hikkaduwa is only a short Tuk Tuk ride away. The best food we ate was prepared by Roshan and the team who are always on hand to cook or assist you in any way, even stocking the fridge up with your favourite drinks and preparing the most delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts. We had a couple of barbecues down by the pool which were lovely and very good value. The staff make your stay comfortable without being intrusive and are happy to arrange motorbike hire, meals, Tuk Tuk rides and excursions which takes any stress out of arranging things, they are a really nice, friendly group of young men, who you feel completely safe and comfortable with. We have visited Sri Lanka on numerous occasions and this is definitely our favourite place to stay to date. Tam is so easy to deal with too when booking, which also makes life much easier.

“What a find - Amazing villa” Having been to Sri Lanka many times we were just amazed when we arrived. Set in beautiful secure grounds with a tennis court and beautiful pool the villa was more than we could imagine. It is huge so for 4 adults and 2 kids ample room. Pushpa the cook provided us with amazing Sri Lankan cuisine and could not do enough for us. Mr T was lovely offering us advice on any given thing. We had our own vehicle but used the driver to direct us to local temples, elephant rides, food markets. The kids loved playing outside and stroking Nangi the dog. When they were exhausted they could relax watching satellite tv with kids shows in the upstairs lounge room. The photos here show you a fraction of the villa there is much more to it. “perfect relaxing weekend” This beautiful Villa in ambalangoda is located very nice. You can see the river and around are old big trees and so quiet that you can hear the birds. There are three luxury rooms in old Colonial Style with separate bathrooms. The rooms are big with very nice antique furniture and very clean. The living and dinning room are situated with an open courtyard. You feel very comfortable and like at home. The staff is extraordinary friendly and they gave us always a welcome feeling. We stayed there for a weekend with our two little kids. They enjoyed the big swimming pool and the garden. We loved to stay there and we are sure we will come back.
