Tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. A heaven away from the pressures of the outside world, the villa is quiet, tranquil,peaceful and instantly relaxing with all the modern comforts and within easy reach of restaurants, bars and night life and exceptional beaches in Latsi or inside unspoilt Akamas. Lara beach, the world famous turtle hatchery, and probably the best sandy beach in Cyprus is within 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Very luxurious yet minimalistic finishes, original art paintings and a series of Akamas Peninsula photos from well known artists decorate the villa and create an ambience seldom seen in holiday properties.
Villa Aeria basks in the sun all day but it is at its best during dusk and at night with the help of candles and torches creating a really magical and romantic experience to be enjoyed seating outside or enjoying alfresco candlelit dining. As the sun goes down and the intensity of the light decreases seat on the teak garden bench and stare at the bay below and the lights slowly coming up with a nice glass of wine from award winning wineries in the area. This is a moment to treasure and remember!

“The best holiday in Cyprus”
I and my family spent the summer at the Villa (3 months). It was the best house you can find here. Michael - the owner of the villa was very attentive and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome set of products in the fridge - it was very nice to me had 3 children. The house was very nice and super clean. All the pictures on the website do not convey the beauty of the house and a beautiful view of the sea. The house had everything you need and meets the hotel 5. Internet works very well, never had any problems, appliances matched against a very high standard. The villa was very quiet, the neighbors have never prevented the children slept well. The pool was big and always clean. The stay was just super!!!!

“THIS IS AN IDEAL QUALITY VILLA FOR RELAXING AND SERENITY, JUST FABULOUS”
There are no words to describe this location and the quality of the villa. Really classy inside and totally spectacular outside with amazing views of almost the whole bay of Chrysochous from a height of 500mtrs above the sea. The location is the definition of tranquillity and so peaceful that it is a perfect spot for relaxation because it is at the edge of Akamas National Park and yet less than 3 Kms from Drousseia Village. Within 20 minutes drive one can swim at the famous Lara Bay and is just 15 minutes away from all the action at Latsi. The best time of the day is dusk and watching Latsi and the whole bay light up while being in the pool or enjoying a glass of wine in the verandas. Even more adventurous to enjoy all this while in the upstairs spa! The villa inside is really the definition of class. Bright colours, beautifully furnished with original paintings and some stunning signed photos of the Akamas Peninsula. There is really nothing missing (air conditioning, Ceiling fans in each bedroom, mosquito nets, luxury sanitary ware, washing machine. dish washer, special wine fridge, large spa, al fresco dining, beautiful pool with an amazing garden full or mature bouganvillias, Cypressus trees and jasmine plants). Very simply - everything is there and nothing is missing. This is certainly not your average holiday villa but certainly a home of the finest taste.
