Description
The private villa Magnolia is located at Pedini, 7 km from the picturesque city of Ioannina, the capital of Epirus region.
It is surrounded by a big beautiful garden (800 square meters) with a lovely kiosk for barbecue
The area is very calm and peaceful and offers the advantage of being close to the entrance of the city.
It is 30 minutes from Metsovo, 45 minutes from Zagorochoria and an hour by the closest beach
The villa is built on four levels, has two entrances and includes five bedrooms.
On the ground floor there are the two living rooms with the cosy fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small W.C. and a twin bed bedroom with a private bathroom
The main staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. First is the big bedroom with the kingsize bed, a sofa and a private bathroom. There are also two more bedrooms with queen size beds and a big independent bathroom. Every room has its own private terrace that offers great view to the garden and the mountains
Taking the stairs up you find yourself in the spacious and cosy attic with a twin bed and a sofa. The attic has its own private bathroom and a hall with a sink and a small refrigerator. On this top floor there are two terraces with garden, city and mountain view
All our rooms are very sunny all day long, with LCD plasma TV, big wardrobes and terraces overlooking the garden, the mountain and the city. All the white linens and towels are made of the best quality egyptian cotton
For those interested in working out, we set up a small gym with a treadmill and some gym equipment on the bright basement, as also a cozy corner with a sofa and a big table with board games. Next to the game room there is a kitchen and a refrigerator as also a separate room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board
The beautiful sunny garden is suitable for yoga lovers and all kind of activities or relaxation and the barbecue kiosk is large enough to accommodate twelve people for lunch or dinner.
There is also private parking space for five cars
The area is very peaceful and calm but everything you may need during your stay is within reach. Pharmacy, bakery and a meat store are at 100m and a supermarket open everyday from 9:00-23:00 at 200 m. The University Campus and the University Hospital are at 3 minutes by car
The villa is ideal for couples, business travelers, groups, families and all kind of adventurers.
