3 families/ 3 days and 4 nights- perfect!
The space is so well laid out that everyone had plenty of room. The location cant be beat! Working with Realtor was a dream and took care of all our worries. Felt so at home; most relaxing trip ever.

We had so much fun in Island Park and at this beautiful cabin! It was our first experiance with Rbo's, first experiance with Rainbow Rentals and first time in Island park. Everything was great. Our only complaint which was no ones fault was that the water was low so our imediate shorefront was non existant and we had to leave our boat and toys some distance away. Just inconvienient.

Place was huge, nicely furnished and decorated. Very private. Close to Yellowstone. Very peaceful and quiet, except on weekends when four-wheelers come out and you cannot even hear yourself think. That was a little annoying, but we were sightseeing during most of the day, so did not get exposed to too much of that. Other than that, the place was great and would recommend to anyone.

The cabin was very nice and had lots of room. The cabin is nicely furnished and was clean and very comfortable for our group consisting of three married couples and 3 teenage girls. We liked the location and highly recommend it to others.

we enjoyed our time and intend to come back next year. we will bring pads to sleep on as beds were a touch hard for those of us with poor backs. with one card for access made it difficult to plan different activities to come and go.

Three Bear Lodge was our home base for a Yellowstone vacation/reunion with 8 adults and 5 young children. The cabin was beautiful, and the whole family enjoyed it. We drove in to Yellowstone most days. It was a scenic 45 minute drive in to the west gate. Being in the cabin definitely made up for any extra driving. The cabin is located at the tip of a tongue of the reservoir (no dock, though). It was well stocked with dishes and cooking needs, including electric griddles and a large outdoor grill on the deck. There was a foosball table, board games for adults and children, and some small toys, crayons and markers, etc., to keep the kids occupied during down times (we made a point of not using the TVs, but there were a couple of TVs with sattelite hookup an DVD players as well). There was a nice queen size, self-inflating air matress that we ended up using to spread the sleeping area around a bit, and a couple of heavy-weight sleeping bags. You needed it, they had it. All we needed was our food, clothes, and toiletries. There was also plenty of seating area for dining, chatting, playing games, etc.
The Rainbow Realty Rentals agent that worked with us was very responsive and easy to work with. Great service!
True that the big screen TV was not working during their rental. We tried prior to their arrival to get it fixed, but could not. There was another TV in the cabin that worked with satellite and DVD player so they did have TV services for their children.
