If your ideal vacation includes being on a pristine river, one half mile from the reservoir surrounded by National Forest, meadows, wildlife, lakes and rivers with tons of outdoor activities, a stuffy motel room in a tourist town outside Yellowstone isn't going to give you that true mountain experience vacationers desire.
Instead, spend it here with us where you can enjoy all the mountains have to offer: Rent ATV's and ride through miles and miles of forest trails. Hike and mountain bike, fish the rivers and lakes throughout the area. Rent horses, tee-off at the golf course, float the rivers, or paddle a canoe (we provide our canoe to guests during their stay for use on the Buffalo River). The lake is within walking distance for boating and swimming. (Boats, Personal Watercraft, ATV's, Snowmobiles and more can be rented near by)
The majestic beauty and wildlife throughout the area make this a photographer's dream. Relax on the deck and catch some rays or read a book. Dine at one of the many restaurants in the area. Walk down the dirt road, cross the little bridge over a babbling brook and continue along the serene river to a C-store and an upscale sports bar/restaurant where you can spend some time with friends after a busy day enjoying the many outdoor activities. Not only are we less than a half hour to Yellowstone... there are other fun day-trips you will find in the book we put together for our guests. Truly there is something here for everyone and every age. Perhaps that is why guests return year after year. Most guests just can't do it all in a few short days, and after they do... they want to come back and do it again.
There are a total of 8 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 large decks, an indoor laundry room, propane grill (guests must clean grill before departure), family room with two game tables (pool and air hockey), a large equipped kitchen (see list) and open concept dining room- living room with wood-burning stove and views of the river.
Amenities include: Flat screen TV in living room with Satellite connection and basic Internet. Dining room table seats up 10. We also have 2 folding tables and chairs for more seating for large groups. We have a strict cancellation policy because large groups, 90% of our bookings do so well in advance. If someone cancels it would be nearly impossible to replace it. If I have not covered a question you have, please don't hesitate to contact me via trip advisor/flipkey. Once you book your vacation you will have direct access to my personal email address and phone number but not until that time to protect the interest of our valuable marketing partner, tripadvisor.

This clause is in every management agreement I have seen in Island Park and it is there for the safety and protection of renters and their visitors, neighbors and owners.
If renters, including anyone in their party or visitors break or cause to break anything inside or around the cabin, they will be charged for the replacement or cost of repairs. Feminine hygiene items and large amounts of toilet paper and disposable diapers, toys etc can and will block the toilets.
