“Lipari” A wonderful and unforgettable experience! Anoeta welcomed us at our arrival in Lipari with her smile and drove us to her "magic house"! The view is simply amazing, it's like flying over the sea and the aeolian Islands and the sunset colours are wonderful. The house is confortable in its essentiality and decorated with taste. Anoeta was very helpful in giving us all the necessary information for our stay (beaches, restaurants, motor-bikes rentals, etc.) Breakfast served at anoeta's mother B&B; is delicious: a variety of home-made confitures and cakes, fresh fruits grown in the property and, above all, a very warm and informal atmosphere. I'll definitely suggest anoeta's place to people looking for a secluded and intimate place

Anoeta's Naif bedroom

Anoeta and Felix are superstar hosts. They made us feel at home in Lipari to the point that we didn't want to leave. They advised us on everything we asked and even invited us to eat a delicious meal of eolian dishes which made our week a unique experience. Their double bedroom is charming and the patio very cosy. Furthermore the house is extremely close to the town centre but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights and afternoon naps. It is also within walking distance to the harbour so day trips to the other islands are an absolute breeze. If you're considering visiting Lipari you really should book a stay here, you won't regret it. … see more

A beautiful retreat

I have never been somewhere so idyllic in all my life. What a beatiful spot perched up on a hill, overlooking Etna, Vulcano, Filicudi, Alicudi and neverending mediterranean. And of course sun sets to die for. Anoeta and Felix were so charming, sweet and helpful from start to finish - greeting us at the port in Lipari, giving us all the information you need about the island, the best fisherman to buy your fish from - must cook lots of fish on the BBQ - just exquisite. We'd recommend you visit the Regional aeolian archeological Museum - it is fascinating and gives you much more appreciation of the island's turbulent history. In general Casetta aeolian is just ideal if you'd like to get away from the crowds, enjoy some real peace and quiet (unless you choose of the great music CDs they have to listen to) and relax. We hired a quad which was great to pop into town or get around - walking into Lipari town is lovely but you wouldn't want to do it everyday. Anoeta is very helpful with this too.
