68 Ocean Point is located in a great area of Wild Dunes but our family experienced several difficulties with the property. The air conditioning on the main floor did not cool sufficiently... Spent one night ^ 80 degrees. And the clothes dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry a load. Gate code to Ocean Point gate was a problem on and off. House is lovely, but horribly decorated. We vacation in Wild Dunes every summer and this is the third time we've had this home. Always issues! Think we've learned our lesson!

Rented this property 3 yrs ago and it was great. New owners have made this a marginal property. Kitchen used to be well stocked with utensils and now it is marginal. Ants rule the exterior. Taking things in and out of your car is a chore of escaping the ants. It is obvious that the new owners just want income. Won't made this a repeat stay

This is a great house for a big family. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen not very well stocked. We were disappointed in the condition/cleanliness. There was mold and mildew on the porch furniture and railings. The house needed power washing. Plenty of scuff marks on the walls inside, but that was okay since we had grandchildren.
