Villino al mare in località Ispica Mare (MARZA - FOCALLO), provincia di Ragusa
La casa è distante solo 200 metri dall'accesso a bellissima spiaggia di sabbia fine (denominata "Cirica") premiata anche nel 2022 "Bandiera Blu" e "Bandiera Verde".
La casa dispone di:
- 3 camere letto (per la precisione= 1 camera con letto matrimoniale + 1 camera con 2 letti singoli + 1 camera con divano-letto matrimoniale) = max 6 posti letto. Disponibile anche 1 culla.
- soggiorno con cucina a vista (vedi foto);
- 2 bagni (+ altro locale doccia accessibile dall'esterno);
- terreno circostante la casa recintato (i vostri amici a 4 zampe sono benvenuti);
- terrazza (sopra la casa) con vista sul mare e sulla campagna retrostante la casa;
