Description

Hi there, Welcome to our new, super clean one bedroom apartment. Located in the wonderful Asmalimesit Beyoglu neighbourhood ( Istanbul's very own Soho) This is a fantastic area, trendy, diverse, rich in history,architecture and sites,full of great little alternative shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and music venues.

The apartment is recently modernised, super clean and spacious, located close to the Galata Tower.. This is the perfect base for exploring Istanbul, Sishane and Taksim metro are closeby as is the historic tunel train. The apartment faces the world famous Pera Palace Hotel of orient express fame and the much newer five star Mamara Pera hotel with its fabulous rooftop Milka restaurant. it is a fantastic location with access convenient to both the historical peninsula of Sultanahmet and the Beyoglu neighbourhoods and now with the new metro links with the Asian shore.

We require 48 hours notice for any reservations.

LIVING ROOM

The room has a lovely spacious urban feel. Immaculately renovated, there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and coffee table. There is cable TV along with wireless internet. The dining table seats four, perfect for enjoying a meal. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning and an abundance of natural light streams through the large windows. We have a folding bed that can accommodate a third guest.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is brand new and contemporary. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, a fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob and extractor fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your holiday.

BEDROOM

The good sized bedroom situated at the side of the apartment has a double size bed with attractive headboard and wall lamps. Crisp freshly laundered white cotton linen and soft deep white towels are provided. Good storage is available by a fitted wardrobe with a mirrored door.

BATHROOM

The fully tiled shower room is located next to the bedroom. There is a separate shower enclosure, vanity unit with mirror and inset lights, a toilet. Some toiletries.

60 square metres - separate kitchen, bedroom, and living room

FLOOR/BUILDING

3rd floor. No Lift. The building is a mix of residential and commercial premises. Caretaker lives on the ground floor. The apartment has double glazed windows and is in a side street off the main drag.

OTHER INFO

A small welcome pack for our guests is provided along with lots of local information - maps etc. The apartment is completely equipped and we provide all basic supplies needed for your stay such as drinking water, different teas, sugar, condiments, cleaning products, toilet tissue, shower gel and so on.

FOODS - Kosqa- sells jams, Turkish delight; Haci bekir, Spice bazaar, Mehmet Efendi, Eminönü for, Turkish coffee. Supermarket and several small grocery stores closeby.

GALLERIES - Salt, Istanbul Modern, Arter, Gallerie Mana

CINEMA: Maximum on Istiklal several screens versions shown in original as well as several independent cinemas.

SPECIALTY STORES: Several atmospheric 19th-century arcades ie Cicek pasaji run off at right angles from the main drag are home to an eclectic mix of outlets selling seconds clothing and jewellery
