This special designed flat by samples from Greek (Byzantine) and Ottoman architecture is located exactly in front of Galata Tower. Its neighborhood is one of the most famous areas in Istanbul for cultural activities and artistic performances.
Its decoration is made by particular materials which is suitable with flat's historical architecture.
Some of the walls are brick and other parts like sink, bathroom, floors are built by original handmade wood and ceramics. The building itself, the recent restoration, and the interior decor are neat, graceful, and peaceful.
In this spacious apartment you can see Galata Tower in front of twin bedroom's window and Golden Horn from living room's window.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room in flat;
- 1 Twin Bedroom (2 separate beds in a room)
- 1 Double Bedroom (1 double bed in a room)

The curtain decoration in the living room is ensured by handmade beads. In apartment we always tried to use minimum syntetic materials to ensure a natural and healthy ambience.
In the renovation of apartment we also used high quality sheets, pillows, carpets and towels.

The neighborhood is called Galata (Pera) and it has a historical background from Byzantine to Ottomans.
The area came to be the base of European merchants, particularly from Genoa and Venice, in what was then known as Pera. Following the Fourth Crusade in 1204, and during the Latin Empire of Constantinople (1204), the Venetians were more prominent in Pera. The Dominican Church of St. Paul (1233), today known as the Arap Camii, is from this period. In 1273, Pera was given to the Republic of Genoa by the Byzantine Emperor Michael VIII Palaeologus in return for Genoa's support of the Empire after the Fourth Crusade and the sacking of Constantinople in 1204. Pera became a flourishing trade colony, ruled by a Podestà. The Genoese Palace (Palazzo del Comune) was built in 1314 by Montano de Marinis, the Podestà of Galata (Pera), and still remains today in ruins, near the Bankalar Caddesi (Banks Street) in Karaköy, along with its adjacent buildings and numerous Genoese houses from the early 1300s. In 1348 the Genoese built the famous Galata Tower, one of the most prominent landmarks of Istanbul. Pera (Galata) remained under Genoese control until May 29, 1453, when it was conquered by the Ottomans along with the rest of the city, after the Siege of Constantinople.
