Description

The perfect condo in the perfect location right on the main strip and a 5 minute walk to the ocean. This newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment features porcelain floors, custom woodwork throughout, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The condo features a queen size bed as well as a day bed in the living area that doubles as the couch. There is A/C in the bedroom as well as in the main room. There is a 40 inch flat screen in the living area and a 32 inch smart TV in the bedroom both with cable TV as well as high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked. This condo is not really kid friendly.

For rentals that are one month or longer you will be responsible to pay the electric bill. This bill will run anywhere from $25 - $300 based on how much you use the air conditioning.

The community is located on the main strip in Jaco so you can walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, markets, the cinema, performance theatre and ocean in 5 minutes.

The condo association has a very strict policy about renters bringing home guests. If you do not tell me about the total number of guests then the security guards will not let your guest(s) on the property. Furthermore they only allow a maximum of 6 different people to enter the condo for the duration of your stay. For example, if there are two people in your party then you will be allowed a maximum of 4 guests. If you are looking to party and bring home "guests" then this condo is not for you.

Please no smoking inside of the condo and no pets.
