The port has a daily fresh fish market, served by the towns fishing fleet, shops as expected in a residential town, quality restaurants abound as do tapas bars.

This is the first time we have visited Javea and stayed at this lovely villa. Clean, well presented and with everything you could possibly need to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and good fun! It had a very welcoming feel to it. We stayed with our little 2 year old grandson who loved being towed around the swimming pool on the little dinghy (found in the garage with lots of other children's beach toys). There is plenty of information in the villa about the local area, its restaurants, markets, supermarkets and the many festivals that take place. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by car and there was plenty of free parking when we were there in June. This area has a lot to offer whether you are a walker, beach lover or foodie - the villa being a perfect base for these activities. Or if you just want to sit around the fabulous pool chilling with a good book it's perfect for that too! The owners have established a great relationship with their neighbours, who are very happy to help you should you need it. I can highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a great holiday. We look forward to going back to the villa again.

We enjoyed March and april at this villa. Mr allcock did everything possible to give us information about handicap access and touring information for all sites in the area. Perfect location: quiet and comfortable yet close to all beaches and points of interest. The three bedrooms and three baths made family visits a real joy. Everything provided. Nice variety of restaurants, beautiful places to walk and drive, activities for every sort of interest. Friendly community, both the neighbors and the larger mix of visitors and locals. Memorable in every way not to mention the sun, air, breeze, trees and flowers.

Just returned from a weeks holiday staying at this Villa "Casa Simon" what a beautiful villa and in such wonderful tranquil surroundings. The pool is a good size and very private not overlooked, very well maintained. Grandchildren loved it and there are all the necessary inflatables for the pool. Children's scooters to play on in fact everything that a family would need to keep children entertained. Supermarket within a short walk. The arenals beach is just a short drive away and there are some very good bars/restaurants in that area. We found a very good Chinese wok that did a good buffet all you could eat for 8euros, though the villa has a very good BBQ area which was great for outside dining. Air con in each room made life much easier as the weather was hot. Loads of information in villa for guests. Gated area around pool made it easier to relax when little ones were about though we did make them wear tiny life jackets at all times and we did cable tie the locks so that they had to be lifted over if they wanted to get in to the pool which was always under supervision. There are wrought iron gates into the property and also on the kitchen and living area making it even more secure at night so no one could get in uninvited. You do need a car to get about. Tv with English channels and Wifi allowed me to work as well. A very relaxing holiday and well worth the cost. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in your home x

We had a lovely time staying at this villa - it made us want to get a house in Spain! It is in a great location, near to sandy beaches and some lovely restaurants - there is a restaurant a short drive away that serves the most amazing food and also has a brilliant garden for children to play in so everyone is catered for (the restaurant is also next to a fabulous interiors shop!).
The children loved the pool and garden and we felt so relaxed staying here that 1 week felt like 2. Javea also has a brilliant promenade full of top quality restaurants, cool cafes and shops. It's a great resort with something for everyone.
