Additional Location Information

Located along affluent residential areas of the Hudson River, this buildings offers easy access to a beautiful waterfront promenade that features the famous New York City skyline as its picturesque backdrop and convenient access to all of central Manhattan.

Getting around to the main tourist attractions all throughout Manhattan couldn't be easier. PATH trains and NYC subways run 24 hours, so it doesn't matter how late you plan to be out, you will have no trouble getting back and forth. The area is primarily home to Wall Street and Midtown businesspeople and their families so it's set up to be very convenient for constant commute back and forth.
This building is only a 5 minute walk to the PATH train station, and from there, it takes no time at all to get to the heart of NYC. Exchange Place is only one stop on the train (a 4 minute ride) to Lower Manhattan, where you can see and do plenty (Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, Trinity Church, Battery Park, WTC Memorial, Chinatown and more).
Additionally, the locations where the PATH trains stop are surrounded by virtually every major NYC subway line, so once there, you can get around the entire city with no trouble.
