A large living room w/ sleek sofa sleeper (sleeps two) and bay window adds tons of warm light. The dining area’s table accommodates up to six and hosts a piano for the musically inclined. The Galley kitchen separates the living room from the bedroom which is ideal for privacy and has tableware, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom is cozy & clean.
An ample bedroom room with platform bed, several dressers, plenty of closet storage, a chair for reading and direct access to the lovely backyard and garden add to the wonderful features of this unit.
Washer & Dryer & Parking (one car add $10 per night) also available for your convenience.
Owner lives in duplex apartment above and this unit is available for short or extended stays.

The row house is occupied by the owner who lives in the duplex apartment above. There may be some interaction but privacy is respected.
The neighborhood is brimming with activity. It is extremely diverse with artists, musicians, and young professionals moving in and there are shops along Bergen Ave. which is half a block away. Kennedy Blvd. is much quieter and boasts some really lovely Victorian homes and Saint Peter's University is just a few blocks away. It is also only a mile from the Path train which takes you into NYC within 15 mins.
Buses at either corner (JFK Blvd or Bergen Ave) & the Path at Journal Square gets you into NYC's WTC in less than 10 mins or Christopher & Hudson (West Village) in about 15 mins.
Total travel time about half hour.

This property is located on a tree lined residential block very close to a county park. The Kennedy Blvd side is fairly quiet and a straight shot to the Journal Square Path which takes you into NYC. The Bergen Ave. see much more foot traffic and is extremely diverse.
