Description
Paradise awaits you at our spacious tropical luxury home with spectacular coastline and year round Kona sunset views. This beautiful traditional Hawaiian style home offers soaring open beam ceilings, wood floors and an open floor plan. With 2700 sq ft of interior space available there is plenty of room for alone time as well as group gatherings.
The private pool is surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping. Sunbathe around the pool, read a book in one of the comfortable outdoor seating areas or gather around the tables for an outdoor meal.
The upstairs has a spacious living room, separate formal dining room, fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cozy nook, office, 1/2 bathroom and the master suite. The large king master suite features a walk in closet, large shower for two, HDTV with dvd/blue ray player and separate door to the upper wrap around lanai. The downstairs has a large bonus room with a 55” HDTV, koa wood bar with stools and plenty of sitting space for family movie time. There are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs each with queen beds, a full bathroom, an “in-between” room with sink and refrigerator to service the pool and gas grill and full size washer and dryer.
There is wireless internet service, cable and a flat screen HDTV with blue ray/dvd player in each of the three bedrooms. Phone calls to the Mainland, Canada, Mexico, China and Hong Kong are complementary.
The house is centrally located close to dining, shopping, beaches, harbor and airport. Only 30 minutes away from the Kohala resorts and beaches.
