Description
This is an exceptionally large, beautiful detached luxury villa, with its own swimming pool surrounded by ample landscaped antique marble terracing, with abundance of plants and antique pots.
The villa has stunning views over Kalkan Bay and is situated approx 200m from the sea. Built in 2004, and refurbished in 2015, the villa offers 4 bedrooms in the main house, all with their own private en-suite and having fantastic views. There is a further spacious bedroom/en-suite and kitchen in the annex. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room. The large open plan living/kitchen, dining room is very well equipped, and the villa has Internet TV, DVD player along with WIFI. All internal flooring is of cool marble. Outside there is a built-in BBQ and a large covered dining area with a round marble table seating 10 for alfresco dining along with a WC building outside. There are also soft comfortable arm chairs and discreet lighting for pre-dinner drinks and to sit and enjoy the sunset. We also have a games room which includes a full size professional pool table/ Bar and there is also an outside table tennis table.

“Fantastic Hiliday!”
The Villa - Our 5th visit to Kalkan and our 4th villa and this is th best to date. Villa Holu had everything we wanted and everthing finished to a very high standard. All ensuite bathrooms are a really good size and no issues with hot water a pleasant change. Lovely kitchen with a really good size fridge, it’s the little things that count and make the difference. Played hours of ping pong and pool, while the swimming pool is a really good size with lots of steps so ideal if you wanted to dip your toe in and have a quiet read. Communication with Alex was excellent throughout and all transfers sorted and when I did mention to her half way through our visit that we were short on glasses, Tamar who looked after our every need on a day to day basis appeared with 12 within 24 hours. ( nice beer glasses which was appreciated). Outside area looked after on a daily basis and cleaned to a high spec twice a week. Location - Kisha - Previously stayed in Kalamar Bay which has a lot more restaurants within walking distance. However there were two places to eat within a five minute walk and in particular a mention for The Castle only opened in May but well worth a visit for lunch or dinner. Tamar gave us a number for a taxi who we used every time we went out either into Kalamar or the centre of Kalkan and return journeys were easy as there are always an abundance of taxis at the rank. 20 lira so very cheap and under 5 minute drive. All in all a great holiday and we will return!

“Wonderful stay!”
We came as a group of 10 adults and a toddler and had the most wonderful stay at Villa Holu. There was more than enough space for everyone to go off and do their different things. The bedrooms are all comfortable and clean, the beds are large and everyone slept well. Each bathroom is identically gorgeous so no complaints from anyone that they had the bad deal. The upstairs rooms have glorious terraces with views over Kalkan and the ground floor room opens directly onto the patio. The management team dealt with each enquiry quickly and supplied us with fresh water and bread every day. I would recommend visitors doing this as the water is inexpensive and takes the hassle out of carrying water to the villa. The games room is a lovely added touch and the group who wanted a later night had many an evening down there, without the fear of waking up the house as it’s contained. The pool is lovely, maintained perfectly and we spent days lounging around taking in the views. The walk into town takes 15 minutes and is very hilly but cabs cost £3 each way and the drivers are more than happy to be contacted via WhatsApp to take you in whenever needed. Beautiful restaurants are everywhere in Kalkan, too many to mention but special shout for the breakfast at Korsan Meze and cheap lunches at The Lighthouse and then gorgeous dinners at Trio, Aubergine or The Sea Terrace. Also a big recommendation for Botanik cocktail bar - at night it is quite simply a treat! Their botanik specials are delicious!! One tip for the owners would be to invest in rubber matting for the internal steps of the pool- and that would be really reaching for an improvement that could be made. The villa is a 10/10 and we were all absolutely thrilled with our 10 day stay.
