Our new property Unlimited Villas A will be ready in March 2016. This brand new Luxury property is one of the most prestigious project of the year and we are happy to announce that for the first year are open for the rentals.
Unlimited Villa A is a stunning brand new villa with fantastic views over Kalkan bay and a large pool and terrace area.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilites and it's been furnished in luxurious and contemporary style. Unlimited Villa A is conveniently situated, with the centre of Kalkan town being an approximate 10-15 minute walk away.
The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area features floor to ceiling windows and the open gallery in the middle that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property.
The modern kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 10 guests. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flatscreen TV and DVD player.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has fabulous views and an en-suite bath/shower room (two of the double bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths (1interior 1 exterior). There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin.
The villa's infinity-edged pool is one of thelargest in the town and features a shallow section (into which sun-loungers will be placed to allow sun-worshippers to cool off while soaking up the rays) plus a Jacuzzi section and a large child pool. The surrounding terrace is spacious and has ample sun-loungers and parasols. An al-fresco dining area is also provided (seats 10 guests).
Our villa has FREE ONE WAY AIRPORT TRANSFER OFFER from Dalaman Airport. (upgradable to other Airports)

Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
