Description
JUST STROLL TO BEACH!
Stay in our SELF CONTAINED guest 1 bedroom APARTMENT, built in under main roof of our new house. It has a separate entry and own outdoor area. Child over 5 for additional $20 sleep on folding bed.
The apartment is fully furnished in style, with dining and sitting areas, HD TV, DVD, WI-FI.
The adjoining kitchenette area is equipped with fridge, basic cooking facilities, MV, oven, HP, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster, BBQ.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large built in wardrobe.
The bathroom/WC is nice modern with WM.
All bedding and towels including beach towels supplied.
The apartment has ducted airconditioning and outdoor area has private verandah with BBQ
On site parking.
The house is located in a quiet quality area at the end of a cul-de-sac just 5 minutes walk to a pristine sandy beach, tennis court and bicycle track that winds through the dunes.
*We are 5 minutes drive to Hillarys Boat harbor, with restaurants, cafés/ shops, ferries to Rottnest Island, whale watching and the Aqua Underwater World, among other attractions.
*A large shopping centre is also just 5 minutes drive away. Perth CBD is a 30 minutes drive away .
*30 min drive to the city to see Perth Mint, Bell Tower, Kings Park and Perth Zoo.
