Description

Villa Kandili is located at the magnificent and peaceful bay of Kanapitsa. It can be reached by the island’s main road at a distance of 4 km from the town of Skiathos and main port of the island, 6 km from the island’s airport and 7 km from the world famous Koukounaries beach.

The villa offers both privacy and serenity away for the island’s buzz as well as easy access to all key sites. With the bus stop being effectively outside the villa, everything is just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car.

The property offers fantastic sea views and the unique advantage of its own access to a semi-private sandy beach at just 3 minutes walk right down the house. The views from the veranda are breathtaking with the small island of Tsougria right in front.

It can accommodate 6 persons (adults and children).

The main villa features a living area with dining room section, Air Conditioning and a new fully equipped kitchen that allows to cook for a big family.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, the Master bedroom with a double bed, AC and the second bedroom with two single beds (pushed together upon request), ceiling fan and a shared bathroom.

Villa Kandili also has a calm independent studio with a double bed, an “en suite” shower room and WC, Air Conditioning, a mini fridge and a veranda with sea view.

For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boat tours around the island of Skiathos (were is the worldwide famous beach of Lalaria). You can also visit the Marine life protection center on neighboring Alonissos Island and there is also a boat trip to Skopelos island to visit some of the “Mamma Mia!” movie locations.
