*SPECIAL NOTICE FOR 2022*

To maintain the highest quality and standard of the Beach Villas, our property will be undergoing an external sealing and painting project from January 2022 through February 2023. This will entail a rig anchored at the top of the building that will hold a swing stage (scaffolding supported by ropes from above) for each "stack" of villas. There will be a few of these rigs hooked up alongside each other for each stack as they make their way around the tower. This will happen simultaneously for both towers.

Our villa is scheduled to be directly impacted by the project from February 8-March 30, 2022, when the swing stages will be positioned on our “stack”. Because the lanai will not be accessible during working hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm with possible extensions) and windows & lanai doors cannot be opened, we will not be renting during this period. All other dates will be available to rent, however, with this possibly comes some paint odors, noise and certain sections of the 2 pools closed off (not completely shut down). The rest of the amenities will still remain open.

**SPECIAL NOTE**There is a small lanai off of the master bedroom which will be closed off from November 7, 2022 through March 6, 2023. No access will be allowed during this time as the scaffolding/equipment will be set up on that side of the building.**

As soon as you step inside of our 15th floor penthouse suite, you will see the spectacular panoramic view of the ocean that will take your breath away. This penthouse suite is a quiet end unit with 2 lanais. From the private rear lanai, you will see the sunrise with a cup of coffee & Ko Olina LPGA Championship Golf course. From the front lanai, you will see the panoramic view of the ocean & Lagoon, and of course, our famous Ko Olina Sunset with your favorite glass of wine! Cheers!!

Your Penthouse suite includes a private hallway to 2 elevators for total privacy and free parking & internet (Wifi).

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:

Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 6 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and 6 beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

The suite is luxuriously decorated by professional designers throughout the living area and a full kitchen designed by the famous Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi for your imaginative creation.
