very quiat area from the pool and terrace nice sea view.

barbecue on the pool terrasse possible.

taxi and motorbike available.

daily room service included,electric not included 5 thb/ kwh.

to kata beach and supermarket 5 minutes.

from the airport to the villa 50 minutes,we don't have shuttle services please take a taxi and let the driver call for directions.

“Perfect”

The villa is awesome. Nicer than pictures can show it. It’s clean, perfectly maintained and located in a really quiet residential area. The pool is definitely big enough and enclosed into a discreet green area. Bath towels are provided, and many more things. The location is ideal, near attractive venues, restaurant, shop, beach,... From the villa, you can see the big Buddha, the sea, and an unforgettable sunset. This is not our first time in Thailand and this one has been the most successful. Thanks to this great villa, and to Hans the owner for his availability and kindness.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
