Very convenient location, Just 3km to the airport. Super Markets, Food outlets, Restaurants, Nigh Clubs, Bus Stop, Train Station are in just walk in distance therefore no need to pay extra. Its very easy to travel to Colombo or Negambo since my place is next to Colombo- Negambo main road. Just 15 minutes to Negambo and 20 minutes to Colombo on express way. Public transport available 24X7. Best place for your first few days and last few days in Sri Lanka.

Room is reasonably cool with fans, depends on the season however if you want air conditioning, please request prior (for extra charge)

Free Wifi available. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner can be arranged upon requests (for extra charge). Pickup and Drop or transport can be arranged upon request (for extra charge).

My place is close to the airport, public transport, and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). We have a half a Acre big and nice garden in a decent centralized secure location called Liyanagemulla, Seeduwa, Just 5 minutes away from the Airport. We have private annex for guests. We warmly welcome our guests to our private guest annex home.

We offer clean private annex with 2 BR with one bathroom. Private living area. Some Furniture, table and chairs, couch offered for listed reasonable promotional price. Bus stop is walking distance, so you can travel to colombo for cheap price.

Wifi, iron, Cutlery, Laudry facility, can be arranged prior request. Also please let us know if there are any needs prior you book, we can assist if possible. There are plenty of food outlets around.
