Description

This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool is situated 2.5 km outside the traditional village of Kavousi and 20 km East of Agios Nikolaos. The villa is located on the slope of a hillside with a spectacular view of the Mirabello Gulf and the island of Psira. The surrounding area is unspoiled with only a scattering of houses. The villa of 170sqm, is built on different levels, each offering spacious balconies and verandas affording breathtaking views across the bay and the surrounding mountains. It has been furnished in a tasteful, modern design in fresh colours and is with three bedrooms and two bathrooms suitable for 6 persons.

The main entrance leads to the living area with fireplace and satellite TV. From here a few steps lead up to the dining area and kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. A hallway from the sitting area leads to the first bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom with shower, WC and a washing machine. From this level a few stairs lead down to a very spacious second bedroom/suite with a double bed and a comfortable sitting area. Large balcony doors open out to a pretty patio with surrounding gardens, just next to the barbecue and wood oven. On the top floor is the third bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bath tub and WC. From here one can enjoy a panoramic view from the spacious veranda over the impressive bay of Mirabello. Facilities inside of the villa include four air condition units (included in the price), satellite television in every room, a DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and various other kitchen appliances. The villa is surrounded by terraced gardens with grassy lawns and colourful shrubs. There is the private swimming pool (40sqm) with sun beds and umbrellas and a variety of comfortable seating areas, providing the ideal setting for barbecue dinners. This accommodation offers an ideal holiday location for those seeking peace and tranquillity in natural countryside with all the modern comforts.

The picturesque pebble beach of Tholos with a taverna is located straight downhill at a few minutes drive. In the village of Kavousi there is a minimarket, traditional café bars (kafeneia) and tavernas. The small fisher village of Mochlos with tavernas at the waterfront is to be reached in 20 minutes.

The rental period can start at any day of the week.

Included: electricity and water, bed-cloths, towels, cleaning at least once a week, unless denounced otherwise.
