“Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. This condo has everything you'd possibly need for your stay and I highly recommend it. Next time we're on the Big Island, this is definitely where we'll be staying!

“Over the moon” My husband and I stayed at this enchanting cottage for 10 days. I have to say I can not remember a time that we enjoyed ourselves more. Harry was awsome and very informative. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Harry had thought of everything from an Ice chest to snorkeling gear and more which was at our disposal. There were books about the island and maps and even suggestions on restaurants and grocery stores. I honestly can not think of one thing he has forgotten. The location is centrally located which made it easy for us to take a day trip and still be able to make it home before dark. We would definately stay here again and hope to very soon. “Amazing Beachfront Location! Can't be beat!” We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in august-September. It was the perfect set-up for our family trip. Our four-year old twin daughters and our mothers joined us and we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ask for. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding were cozy and clean. The best feature of this venue however is the waterfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting out dining al fresco, watching the ocean views and amazing sunsets over the ocean. The sandy beach below is literally fifty feet away and a perfect place for kids! Our girls absolutely loved the little beach and it was a daily favorite on our agenda. The grands could watch the girls having fun below, without ever leaving the house. We enjoyed grilling out several times on on the waterfront grassy BBQ area. The grills are spotless and maintained and cleaned daily. The grounds were safe and secure. The location is close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants and groceries in either direction, not to mention great pit stop for sight seeing locations and beaches. We had a couple of challenges arise during our 11day stay, but the owner took care of things for us and made sure things were made right. The only other concern we had was the humidity in late august, which was sometimes heavy, but with screens open and fans running it was manageable. Over all we loved our vacation and wouldn't change a thing. We'll now also be spoiled to oceanfront accommodations and the sound of the waves beneath our windows. We would recommend this rental, and would return again! Thanks Kathy & Bruce.

“The best...” Thank you to the owners for supplying us with everything we could possibly require for a beach vacation. Your attention to detail is exceptional. The use of the beach towels to the usage of snorkel and surf gear made the difference. Just meant one less thing for us to worry about. Your home is the cleanest ... Hats off to your wonderful cleaners. This is certainly Kona Paradise.. In comparison to the other islands we found the local people the kindest right here,the culture and authenticity to be real, and the natural habitat fascinating. We will be back. “We wanna go back!” The name, Tropical Hideway, is perfect. If you want fancy, go elsewhere. The cabin has all the basics plus Kathleen Carr's fabulous photos on the wall. The gardens complete with delicious fruit are wonderful. Quiet, peaceful. We would get up, get the morning's fruit, eat a fun breakfast (we would be joined by a little gecko that liked the honey in my tea apparently), then off to snorkel a few miles away - how much better does it get? then back to the cabin, shower in the great outdoor shower, then into the hot tub. Rest awhile, to go lunch at some of the wonderful nearby cafes, then maybe to the farmer's market. You get the drift - life is hard eh? This was absolutely a perfect place for us - back as soon as possible for us!

“Amazing, Spectacular, Beautiful and Highly recommended!” We arrived at night to Kona View and just the drive there was awesome! Once we arrived we were greeted by Randy and atsumi. The house was lit up and we could see the infiniti pool and some of the beautiful vegetation in front of the house. The house was clean and bright and modern. Our first morning at Kona View Estates was quiet and we had fresh Kona ground coffee delivered hot to us by Randy. The next 12 days were full of rest and relaxation and its finest! We will definitely be returning next year if we can!!!

“Perfect little hide away” Janet was super accommodating during our stay. The access to bikes, snorkel gear and an outdoor hose off was great! We rented scooters and found the location to be perfect for both the White Sands Beach and the snorkeling beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us have a late check out too! Saved us the hassle of sweating in the heat waiting for our shuttle!

“Beautiful Paradise” This immaculate well maintained condo came equipped with everything needed to snorkel, body board, picnic or just rest by the ocean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo grounds, pool area, hot tub and barbecue were very well maintained. The office staff, Kitty , welcomed us when we checked in and represented the condo owners with courtesy and kindness. The owners provided us with locations of stores to purchase groceries or whatever needed. Their personal touches on their condo made us feel like we were at home.

“sitting on the huge lanai on the ocean listening to the waves crash was wonderful” Kim of Keauhou Property Management impressed me the most. He answered my calls and questions promptly. When we left as did not need 2 bedroom and moved to another rental it was awful, Called Kim and he managed to find me a couple of rentals that covered our stay. He is my hero and highly recommend him and his company for their GREAT customer service. The property was great too, nice amenities and prefer this area now verses up the road closer to the hustle bustle but close enough to go.

“Absolutely Awesome!!!” Words cannot describe how much we loved our stay! From the lovely ocean view, the sound of the waves, the well stocked supplies (everything you could think of),the friendly and helpful hosts, the gorgeous weather, to the relaxation and rejuvenation we enjoyed, this place is wonderful. The only negative thing we could think of was that there was no way to slow down the time so we could enjoy it longer! We explored most of the Big Island, but this was one of our favorite spots. We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and would love to come back and revisit some of the many beautiful places we discovered. We spent many hours watching and listening to the waves, watching for and seeing whales, and experiencing the ocean. Another highlight was kayaking across the bay with many, many dolphins swimming all around us! If you have a chance, I highly recommend booking this place!

“Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse” My family and I enjoyed staying at Keauhou Kona #5 Townhouse. The Townhome was very well maintained. The two-story unit was very stylish with new granite countertops. We very much enjoyed the lanai and being so close to the ocean. The beach was not crowded and we saw turtles everyday. What I liked best about the location was that we felt isolated from all the traffic, yet there many nice restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls close to the townhouse.
